Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)are a kind of green solvent in the application of analytical chemistry.The target objects in water were analyzed by emulsification liquid-liquid microextraction and pipette-tip solid-phase extraction.The thermoresponsive-molecular imprinted polymer monolith with the ability of molecular recognition for quercetin was prepared.It provided a great potential application in HPLC system for recognizing analyte with a short time by controlling the column temperature.It can identify specific drug molecules effectively.Therefore,it has great application prospects in the field of drug release.Eight different types of deep eutectic solvents(DESs)were synthesized.They as extraction agent were used for the extraction of sulfonamides from water samples by emulsification liquid-liquid microextraction.Three conditions(the volume of DESs,the volume of tetrahydrofuran and ultrasonic time)were studied by response surface methodology(RSM).It showed highly satisfactory results for rapid extraction of SAs from water samples.A green and novel deep eutectic solvent modified graphene oxide was prepared and used as a neutral adsorbent for the rapid determination of sulfamerazine in a river water sample by pipette-tip solid-phase extraction.Factors such as kinds of washing solvents and elution solvents and volume of elution solvent were evaluated.It was potential for rapid purification of sulfamerazine in river water sample.The thermoresponsive-molecular imprinted polymer monoliths with the ability of molecular recognition for quercetin were prepared.The smart monolith was synthesized using 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid and N-isopropylacrylamide as temperature responsive functional monomers,respectively.It provided a great potential application in HPLC system for recognizing quercetin with a short time by controlling the column temperature.
