Objective: Retrospectively analysis was carried out in the rhythm and rate of heart in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and explored the current control status of these patients in several hospitals of Beijing, observed the rhythm and rate of heart of the patients after they discharged from hospitals, collected statistical of the major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)and all-cause mortality during follow-up period. Methods: A total of 2471 patients with atrial fibrillation combined with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI were enrolled from 12 top three hospitals in Beijing from January 1,2010 to December 31,2014.Collect patient medical records, record their clinical, laboratory, examination indexes and other related indicators during in hospital. All patients were followed up and completed the follow-up record form.Record the occurrence of MACE events, current blood pressure, heart rhythm and rate, combined medication, surgery events in the follow-up period. The average time of follow-up period is 1260.22 ± 540.42 days. Results: The control status of heart rhythm and rate was non-ideal in these patients, and the incidence of MACE was 26.91%.The heart rate of the patients with MACE events was faster than those who did not.Patients with MACE events used β-blockers to control heart rate most commonly(74%),but the control rate was only 4.21%;the incidence of MACE events from the patients with amiodarone was low(15.69%).Conclusion: The control status of heart rate of patients with AF combined with CHD in Beijing area is poor, and the heart rate management of these patients is further strengthened. |
