Objective:We studied the difference between the curative effect of immunoglobulin and high dose of glucocorticoid treating Primary immune thrombocytopenic. Methods : We collected 84 cases from January 2013 to November 2017,who were diagnosed of Primary immune thrombocytopenic and treated by immunoglobulin or high dose of glucocorticoid in hospital. The treatment included immunoglobulin(40 patients)and high dose of glucocorticoid(44 patients).Curative effects included complete response and partial response.Analyse the curative effect and platelet counts at first, third and fifth day after the two kinks of treatment, and compare the variety of platelet between severe group and non-severe group using T-test,Wilcoxon rank sum test;and compare the curative effect between the two groups using Pearson test and Mann-Whitney test. Results:There was neither statistical significance in overall response rate between the two kinds of treatment, nor in curative effect on the first day after treatment. The level of curative effect of those using immunoglobulin was higher than those using high-dose of glucocorticoid on the third, fifth day after treatment, there was statistical significance between the two groups. For non-severe ITP,there was no statistical significance in curative effect between the two kinds of treatment. For severe ITP,there was neither statistical significance in overall response rate between the two kinds of treatment, nor in curative effect on the first day after treatment.,but the level of curative effect of those using immunoglobulin was higher than those using high-dose of glucocorticoid on the third, fifth day after treatment, there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion:Immunoglobulin and high-dose of glucocorticoid are both effective treating ITP with no difference in curative effect, but the complete response rate of immunoglobulin was higher than high-dose of glucocorticoid. For severe ITP,the complete response rate of immunoglobulin was higher than high-dose of glucocorticoid, while there was no difference in neither curative effect nor level of curative effect between the two treatments for non-severe ITP. |
