Objective: Femoral fracture is a common orthopedic disease,It often occurs in traffic injury, smashing, falling and falling injuries. After such a fracture occurs,Often standing surgical treatment,Postoperative patients need long-term bed and the affected limb is long-term braking,Although the fracture of the broken end is no longer dislocation,However,Often seen in the late limb knee joint activities Limited,Functional impairment,Therefore,Early postoperative rehabilitation training is more important to the rehabilitation of joint function,It is an effective means to avoid adhesion,Stiffness and rigidity of joints.Rehabilitation training as an important means of knee function recovery,More and more attention has been paid to orthopedic physicians. In recent years,Some literature reports,After the operation of the femoral fracture,The rehabilitation training had a significant improvement on the knee function recovery. In this paper, after the operation of the femoral fracture in the early stage of rehabilitation training of limb function,Assessment of knee joint rehabilitation,Objective to explore the effect of early postoperative functional rehabilitation training on the functional recovery of knee joint,To assess the efficacy and clinical value of rehabilitation,Continuous optimization of rehabilitation treatment programmes,To promote the functional recovery of the limb joint after operation,To improve the functional rehabilitation efficiency of the patients with limb joints.Method: A retrospective analysis of 94 cases of femoral fractures from January 2016 to December 2017 in orthopedic treatment of the People’s Hospital of the Tibet Autonomous Region,The limb function is normal before injury. After admission,All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation,Firmly fixed,Fracture for anatomical or functional reduction,No external fixed braking was done for the postope-rative limb.According to the Exercise Rehabilitation Safety assessment scale of fracture patients,Patients according to different rehabilitation training methods,Divided into two groups. The control group had 47 cases, male 35 cases,Female 12 cases,Average age 31.45±18.49 age,The patients underwent functional rehabilitation training on the 1th day after operation,The patients in this group were trained in ankle flexion and back stretching according to the established rehabilitation program、Endurance and strength exercise of four head muscles,Knee flexion exercise. The experimental group had 47 cases, male 31 cases,Female 16 cases, average age 39.98±23.77 years old,Functional rehabilitation training was performed on the 1th day after the orthopaedic surgeon and accompanying supervision,The patients are also trained in ankle flexion and back stretching according to the established rehabilitation program,Endurance and strength exercise of four head muscles,Knee flexion exercise. The postoperative complications were compared between the two groups in 1,2 weeks and March,Fracture Healing,The position of plant and the range of knee joint activity; The results were compared between 1 and 2 weeks of VAS pain score and March HSS knee score after operation. Results: The 1th and 2 weeks after the operation,March observed the two groups of patients with no complications,Healing of broken ends of bone,Comparative analysis of plant stability,There was no statistically significant difference. In the 1th and 2 weeks after surgery,The range of knee activity was evaluated for the two groups of patients included in the study in March: There was no statistically significant(p>0.05)in the straightening angle of the two groups. The range of flexion activity was compared,1th and 2 weeks after operation,The March experimental group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).Comparison of the excellent rate of March HSS Joint functional score analysis showed that the experimental group of this study was superior to the control group(p<0.05).The pain in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05)after 1 and 2 weeks in postoperative patients. Conclusion: It is helpful to strengthen the local blood circulation around the knee joint after the operation of the femoral fracture.More favorable to the swelling of the limb and the improvement of pain,Maximum recovery of knee joint activity. It is better to perform functional rehabilitation training under orthopaedic surgeon and accompanying supervision than to recover joint function under the patient’s self rehabilitation training.According to the safety assessment outline of the exercise rehabilitation of fracture patients,The unified rehabilitation training program is safe,Effective,It is suitable for the guidance standard of early functional rehabilitation training program for postoperative patients with femoral fracture.
