The Role Of Mammalian Rapamycin Target Protein MTOR In The Treatment Of Bladder Cancer And Its Research Progress

Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in urology.It ranks first in the incidence of genitourinary cancers in China and ranks ninth in the world in the incidence of cancer.mTOR is one of the central regulators of cell proliferation and growth.,It can affect the cell cycle and cell proliferation through the integration of cell signaling,the regulation of signal transduction and other means,but also involved in most of the physiological processes such as cell metabolism and apoptosis.Studies have shown that in the occurrence,development and migration of bladder cancer rapamycin target protein mTOR showed abnormal expression.In order to explore the role and significance of mTOR in the treatment of bladder cancer,this paper searched the databases of Web of Science,Pubmed,CNKI,Wanfang,Vip and other databases in recent decades to investigate the role of mTOR in the treatment of bladder cancer,To summarize the role of mTOR in the treatment of bladder cancer,summarize the therapeutic status and research progress of mTOR as a molecular target for the treatment of bladder cancer,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of bladder cancer as a target of mTOR.
