| Objective To compare the sensitivity and efficacy of screening simple osteoporosis screening tools in stroke patients. In recent years, osteoporosis has been more and more concerned by the elderly population in the community.Stroke patients also showed a trend of increasing year by year.Because of the decrease of sun exposure and the decrease of activity and trabecular bone reconstruction, leading to decreased bone density, prone to concurrent osteoporosis. At the same time, with the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases in the community, the community family doctor "1 + 1 + 1" contract service with residents not only increased the trust between doctors and patients, more conducive to screen the chronic disease for residents at the early stage by family doctors on community. Therefore, this study is mainly for stroke patients with osteoporosis simple screening,so that the stroke population can early screening, early detection, early intervention, reduce osteoporosis and its complications. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients in the community health service center of Yangpu District,Shanghai were selected as the clinical research group.120 cases of outpatient non-stroke patients were divided into clinical control group. Each group uses the three osteoporosis screening tools, such as:(International Osteoporosis Foundation,IOF),(Osteoporosis Self-Assessment tool for Asian,OSTA)and Radiographic Absorptiometry(RA).The Comparison of the two groups of patients with different methods of screening positive rate, stroke clinical study group screening positive to give drug-based intervention,non-stroke clinical control group because patients with high mobility, compliance is poor, did not give the drug base intervention. The incidence of adverse events was compared between the stroke group and the non-stroke clinical group. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age and primary disease between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was significant difference about BMI between the two groups(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of osteoporosis between the International Osteoporosis Foundation(IOF)for 1 minute(P> 0.05),the stroke study group were significantly higher than those in the non-stroke group which use Osteoporosis Self-Assessment tool for Asian(OSTA)and Radiographic Absorptiometry(RA)(P <0.05).The positive rate of the antihypertensive test group was higher than that of the non-stroke group(P <0.05),superior referral rate of stroke group were statistically significantly higher than those of non-stroke group(P<0.05).Follow-up fracture incidence of IOF osteoporosis test questions one minute method of stroke group were statistically significantly higher than those of non-stroke group(P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences of follow-up fracture incidence of OSTA or RA was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of bone adverse event in stroke group was higher than that of non-stroke group with International Osteoporosis Foundation(IOF)osteoporosis test method for 1 minute, which can be used to screen osteoporosis in stroke patients. At the same time,it is conducive to timely referral after the bone adverse event and reduce the late complications and adverse events. |
