Object:To investigate the effect of different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets no the serum endothelial cell specific molecule-1(ESM-1)of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:1.One hundred and twenty patients patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction by Ganzhou People’s Hospital from July,2017 to February,2018 were selected in order and randomly divided into two groups.One group(Group A)take atorvastatin 20 mg each time and the other group(Group B)40mg each time.60 health people who made their physical examination in our physical examination center in the same period were also selected as normal comparison group(Group C).2.Collect the base-line information of the three groups(Gender,Age,Body Mass Index,Smoking History,Paternal History of Hypertension,Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes,Blood Glucose,Blood Fat,Glutamic Oxalacetic Transaminase,Glutamic-pyruvic Transaminase,Creatinine,Urea Nitrogen,Red Blood Cell Distribution Width,High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and other influence factors).3.Collect the Group C’s serum in their physical examination and the serum of the Group A and B when they were hospitalized,24 hours after medicine-taking and 5days after medicine-taking.Then test the dense of ESM-1 through ELISA.4.Record major adverse cardiovascular events(including,Cardiogenic Shock,Recurrent Myocardial Infarction,Stroke,or the patients’ death of any causes)and adverse drug reaction of Group A and B during their hospitalization and within30 days discharged the hospital.Result:1.The base-line information of Group A and B including gender,age,cardiovascular disease risk factors,and drug usage were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.There are significant difference of serum ESM-1 between three groups(F=8.216 P =0.000).Compared with B group,the level of A groups serum ESM-1were slightly lower before medicine-taking,but there was no statistically difference(P=0.775).Compared with C group,the level of ESM-1 of Group A and B were significantly higher(P <0.05).3.After 5 days’ medicine-taking,the level of ESM-1 of Group A and B were significantly lower,and intensive statin group reduced more significantly(P =0.023).4.The serum ESM-1 of patients with acute myocardial infarction is positively correlated with high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(r =0.589,P =0.00).5.The difference in the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events and adverse drug reaction of Group A and B were not statistically significant(P =0.691).Conclusion:1.The level of serum ESM-1 was significantly increased and its endoth-elial function was impaired in patients with acute myocardial infarction.2.Atorvastain can reduce the serum the serum ESM-1 level with acute myocardial infarction,while intensive statins can further reduce it and the protective effects of endothelium is more significant.
