| Objectives: Analysis the clinical characteristics and influencing factors of patients with in-hospital cardiac arrest.Providing evidence for early identification of cardiac arrest patients to give timely and effective rescue. Methods:The clinical data of in hospital cardiac arrest patients collected from September 2015 to September 2017 were reviewed. To analysis the clinical characteristics of all patients. Then According to the inclusion criteria,The patients were divided into successful CPR group and Failure group.Analysis the influencing factors of patients between different groups. Results: 352 in-hospital cardiac arrest patients were collected. The average age was 62.8 ± 16.7.The male was229.The female was 123.The main reason of cardiac arrest was cardiogenic etiology. The main prodrome symptoms of CA were unconsciousness. Then According to the inclusion criteria,256 patients were included in the study.100 patients were ROSC,156 patients were died. The success rate of CPR was 39.06%.The low-age group, the cardiogenic etiology,The first documented rhythm after cardiac arrest were shockable rhythm and the shockable rhythm appeared in the process of rescuing improved the success rate of CPR.the difference have statistical sense(P<0.05).CPR duration and the use of adrenaline dosage increased with the increase of rescue time.So they were the results of failure of CPR.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the age and the first documented rhythm after CA were independent predictors of CPR.Conclusion:The low age,the cardiogenic etiology,The first documented rhythm after cardiac arrest were shockable rhythm and the shockable rhythm appeared in the process of rescuing improved the success rate of CPR. |
