Expression Level Of LAG-3 In Gastric Cancer Patients And Its Clinical Diagnostic Value In Xinjiang

Objective:To detect human LAG-3(lymphocyte activation gene-3).The correla tion between serum levels of CD223 and the clinicopathological data of gastric can cer in XinJiang Uygur and Han Chinese patients was used to determine its applica tion value in clinical diagnosis and treatment prospects.Methods:Using ELISA enz yme-linked immunosorbent kit method 183 patients with gastric cancer and 90 case s of healthy physical examination of LAG-3 content in serum,and by using statisti cal software analysis of serum in patients with gastric cancer and health whether t here is a difference in serum;At the same time,the relationship between serum LA-G-3 level and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed.The expre ssion level of CEA was detected by electrochemiluminescence,and the diagnostic e fficiency was compared.Results:The content of gastric cancer patients serum LAG-3 obvious higher than that of normal healthy people,and the discrepancy with stati stical significance(P<0.01),the content of gastric cancer patients serum LAG-3 ma in associated with gastric cancer staging,pathologic differentiation degree,age(P< 0.01),and gender,nationality,lymph node metastasis,parts have no obvious relatio nship(P>0.05).The accuracy and sensitivity of LAG-3 molecule in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were higher than that of CEA.Conclusion:The LAG-3 in the seru m of patients with gastric cancer expression is higher,shows LAG-3 molecules ma y can be used as potential serum marker of early diagnosis of gastric cancer disea se,at the same time using it in c-linical sceeening for gastric cancer.
