| Objective: TO investigate the frequencies of ABO,Rh,Kell blood group antigen and irregular antibody in pregnant women of a hospital in Urumqi,Xinjiang,we can know the distribution of blood group and the frequency of antigen in three blood group systems in this population,and the erythrocyte irregular antibodies that may be produced during pregnancy.To prevent the hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn(HDFN)caused by erythrocyte antibody.Method: In 548 cases of pregnant women who accept prenatal care in the hospital,the ABO blood group and RhD blood group is carried out by Johnson automatic blood type analyzer,and the Rh(C/E)blood group and Kell(K/k)blood group is carried out by monoclonal antibody(MAb)blood grouping reagents using serological method.Irregular antibodies in the serum are detected by using Johnson & Johnson automatic blood type analyzer,anti-human globulin microcolumn,irregular antibody detection reagent red blood cells.In 548 cases of pregnant women,3 cases of irregular antibody were screened,one of which was anti D,anti E and anti Lea,and the proportion of irregular antibody positive was 0.55%.Results: The distribution of ABO blood group system among 548 pregnant women groups,there are 25%(137/548)in type A,there are 29.56%(162/548)in type B,there are 36.13%(198/548)in type O,there are 9.31%(51/548)in type AB.The antigenic frequencies of Rh blood group system among 548 pregnant women groups,there are 97.99%(537/548)in type D+,there are 2.01%(11/548)in type D-,there are 44.71%(245/548)in type E+,there are 93.25%(511/548)in type e+,there are 86.13%(472/548)in C+,there are 61.31%(336/548)in type c+.The antigenic frequencies of Kell blood group system among 548 pregnant women groups,there are 1.28%(7/548)in K+,there are 98.72%(541/548)in k+.In a group of pregnant women,there are no differences in antigenic frequencies of ABO and Rh(E/e)blood group system between Han and Uyghur nationality(P>0.05),but there are significant differences in antigenic frequencies of Rh(D),Rh(C/c)and Kell(K/k)blood group system between Han and Uyghur nationality(P<0.05).There are no differential statistics in antigenic frequencies of blood group system among other nationality..Conclusion: Through the investigation on ABO,Rh and Kell blood group system and irregular antibody of pregnant women,we can initially know that there are regional differences in the distribution of blood group and the antigenic frequencies of blood group system,and the incidence of irregular antibodies to erythrocytes.Thus,it is of great significance to prevent the hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn which is caused by erythrocyte antibody and reduce its occurrence rate when pregnant women accept prenatal care. |
