Objective: To observe the two treatment of asthma-COPD overlap(ACO)in lung function(FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC)and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO),and compared with asthma and COPD,in order to improve the ACO treatment.Methods:(1)The selection between January 2017 and January 2018 in Xinjiang Medical University affiliated Hospital of Chinese Han 27 cases of patients with asthma, for severe chronic duration;COPD 30 cases, comprehensive assessment of group C or D and lung function 2 or 3 grade; There were 52 cases, and 26 cases were randomly divided into A and B.Each group patients in the moderate and severe chronic duration, and the group A was assessed by the comprehensive assessment of group C or D,lung function 2 or 3;(2)Asthma group and the group A of the ACO group performed ACT score, the ACO group and group B in COPD performed CAT scores, four groups examined lung function examination and FeNO;(3)Four groups used Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation(ICS+LABA),group B and COPD on the basis with Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation(LAMA),treatment with 3 months;(4)Observed comparisons among groups, every group before and after treatment in the ACT,CAT,lung function and FeNO.Results:After treatment :(1)The ACT,FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and FeNO were significantly improved in group A,but the improvement was lower than that in the asthma group(P<0.05);(2)Group B:CAT,FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and FeNO were significantly improved, and the improvement was significantly higher than that in COPD group(P<0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in the FEVl%pred,FEVl/FVC and Fe NO between group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The improvement of the ACT,FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and FeNO in the patients with asthma was more significant;(2)The improvement of CAT,FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and FeNO of ACO group added thiotobromide were significantly improved compared with COPD group;(3)The improvement of FEVl%pred,FEV1/FVC and FeNO of ACO patients was not significant.
