| Objective:To observe the level of IL-23,IL-17,TGF-βand T cell subsets in peripheral blood of Shor Balgham type Vitiligo patients,and explore the possible mechanism of T cell subsets and cytokines,as well as analyze the influence of Shor Balgham type Vitiligo therapies.Methods:A total of 27 patients with Shor Balgham type vitiligo were selected as vitiligo group,27 cases health person were selected as healthy group,enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was used to detect all the expression of IL-23,IL-17,TGF-βlevels,use the flow cytometry to test the proportion of CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+CD25~+Treg in the peripheral blood lymphocytes.Results:After treatment,the total curative effect of Uighur medicine syndrome:3 cases were cured,accounting for11.1%,and 24 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 88.9%.The total curative effect of skin damage area and pigment regeneration area:6 cases were cured,accounting for 22.2%,9 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 33.3%,effective 12 cases,accounting for 44.5%.The skin damage area was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and pigment regeneration area increased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the Shor Balgham type vitiligo group,CD4~+,IL-23,IL-17 levels are significantly higher than that of healthy control(P<0.05);CD4~+CD25~+Treg is significantly lower than that of healthy control(P<0.05),and the remaining indicators have no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment CD4~+CD25~+Treg were significantly up-regulated compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the remaining indicators have no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)CD4~+T lymphocytes,CD4~+CD25~+Treg,IL-23,IL-17 are associated with the pathogenesis of Shor Balgham type vitiligo;2)The treatment that aim to Shor Balgham type vitiligo can regulate body immune function,up-regulate CD4~+CD25~+Treg levels,which has good clinical results. |
