Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Senile Osteoporosis With Acupuncture Combined With Osteoporosis Therapeutic Instrument

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,and to provide theoretical support for the treatment of senile osteoporosis by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:From December 2016 to August 2017,60 patients who met the criteria for the diagnosis of senile osteoporosis were selected from the Department of Osteoporosis,Department of Bone,Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,from December 2016 to August 2017.According to the order of visit,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).Among them,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with osteoporosis treatment instrument,and the control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets.Both groups were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablet(Ⅱ)as the basic treatment,The course of treatment was 3 months.Before treatment and 1 week after treatment.The changes of bone mineral density(BMD)and the improvement of pain and quality of life(QOL)were measured before treatment and 1 week after treatment,respectively.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results 1.General data:there was no significant difference in general data(sex,age,height and weight)between the two groups(P>0.05).In the treatment process,there were no cases of abscission and elimination in both groups.2.Lumbar bone mineral density:after treatment,the BMD of lumbar vertebrae in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the effect of BMD in the experimental group was similar,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.VAS score:the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of VAS in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.SF-36 quality of life score:after the treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group in physiological function,physical pain,general health status.The improvement of energy and social function was more significant(P<0.05).The improvement effect of physical function,emotional health and mental health was similar,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Curative effect:after the treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of the test group was 90.0%.Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety:there were no adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with osteoporosis therapy can significantly improve the bone mineral density of senile osteoporosis patients and improve the osteoporosis low back pain and quality of life.The side effect is little a little,worth clinical popularizing.
