Clinical Observation Of Fracture Healing In The Closed Reduction And Hollow Nail Of Femoral Middle And Youth Femoral Neck Fracture By "Jiegudan"

Objective:to observe the Jiegufang closed reduction for the femoral neck fracture cannulated screw internal fixation of fracture healing after clinical observation,this paper discusses the characteristics and advantages of this method.Methods:65 cases of femoral neck fracture were collected from the department of orthopedics of zhangzhou hospital from December 2016 to September 2017,and 65 cases of femoral neck fracture were studied by prospective clinical control.According to case selection criteria were divided into randomly divided into two groups,experimental group(33 cases,closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation with internal and Jiegufang medicinal broth)and control group(32 cases,closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation).Both the experimental group and the control group were treated with the closed reduction of the hollow nail internal fixation,the postoperative routine change and the instruction function exercise.After 2 weeks after surgery,the experimental group began to give oral administration of Jiegufang medicine decoction,and 4 weeks was 1 course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment.The control group was not treated with Jiegufang medicine decoction.The liver and renal function were reviewed in both groups before and after the operation.In the observation group and control group,patients with femoral neck fracture healing degree Lane-Sandhu X line score,the observation point was set at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery;The hip function Harris score was evaluated at 6 months after surgery.Results:(1)there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in general(age sex)and femoral neck fracture.(2)1 month after operation,the experimental group compared with the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group’s fracture healing degree and the Lane Sandhu X line score(P>0.05).(3)3 months and 6 months after operation,the treatment group compared with control group,experimental group degree of fracture healing Lane-Sandhu X-ray scores than control way between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.(4)6 months after operation,two groups of Harris hip score comparison,the experimental group was 89.613±5.468,the control group was 86.737±5.071,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting postoperative hip joint function of the experimental group is better than that of control group.Conclusion:Jiegufang of young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture after closed reduction and internal fixation with hollow nail the curative effect of fracture healing,and can improve the function of patients with hip,clinical relatively satisfied curative effect and less side effects,is safe and effective treatment young and middle-aged femoral neck fracture combine traditional Chinese and western medicine program,worthy of clinical application.
