Analysis Of The Effect And Clinical Advantages Of Internal Fixation Combined With Vertebroplasty In The Treatment Of Spine Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty for spinal fracture.Methods Selected from January 2013 to May 2013 at the records of 100 patients with fracture of the spine to as the research object,USES the computer random grouping method divided the patients into two groups,50 cases of control group and observation group of 50 cases,control group patients’ internal fixation method for treatment,observation group of patients uses the internal fixation with vertebral plasty for therapy,to contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients,by X ray film measuring calculation comparison of two groups of patients before and after spinal cord injury margin height and Angle of the protruding after changes and follow-up of one year after the loss of the two,and Frankel classification status.Results All patients finished surgery,surgery smoothly,intraoperative no obvious complications,postoperative follow-up of one year,the observation group of patients after treatment was 94%,the control group was 76%,the treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group(P < 0.05);After surgery,compared with before surgery,the parameters of the two groups of patients,such as the ratio of the anterior edge height of the injured vertebral injury,the ratio of the posterior edge height of the injured vertebral injury,and the Angle of the kyphosis,were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the control group for one year after operation.The normal rate of Frankel functional recovery after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was significantly better than before surgery,and no internal fixation and fracture occurred after surgery.Conclusion The clinical effect of fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture is significant,which is conducive to the recovery and maintenance of vertebral height of patients,reduction of kyphosis,prevention of internal fixation failure,etc.,and the prognosis of patients is well improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
