| Objective To investigate the short-and long-term effect and clinical significance of minimally invasive surgical treatment of gastric stromal tumors in the enhanced recovery after surgery mode. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the treatment of 63 cases of gastric stromal tumor diagnosed in the pathological and immunochemical diagnosis of the Gastrointestinal Surgery Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Unit of the Nanjing Military General Hospital from January 2008 to December 2017.Analyze the general clinical data, perioperative factors, and long-term outcomes of patients under different surgical procedures.RESULTS:A total of 63 patients with gastric stromal tumors were enrolled, including 29 males and 34 females. The average age was(58.11±12.28)years.Only 5 of them underwent laparotomy, and the others used laparoscopes, robots, etc.Invasive treatment, minimally invasive rate accounted for 92.1%.The clinical manifestations of gastric stromal tumors were mainly based on abdominal discomfort and physical examination. The tumors were located at the fundus, accounting for 55.6%(35/63).The average tumor diameter was(4.93±2.28)cm.Tumor pathology was mainly low-risk,with 45 cases accounting for 71.4%.The average hospital stay after surgery was(7.00±3.38)d.The median follow-up time was 44 months. There were 3 patients with recurrence,2 robots and 1 laparoscope. One death occurred during follow-up because of non-tumor factors.Conclusion:1.Minimally invasive surgery plays an important role in the surgical treatment of gastric stromal tumors.2.The enhanced recovery after surgery mode of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of gastric stromal tumors in the short-term and long-term is efficacy. |
