Clinical Research On Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: on the basis of nourishing kidney yin in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with western medicine Kelingmen to treat Poi,to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on POI,and to preliminarily study the mechanism of Kun Tai capsule in treating this disease.So as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of POI.Methods: from October 2016 to January 2018,62 patients with premature ovarian dysfunction were selected from outpatient department of gynecology and reproductive center of the first Hospital of Wuhan City.31 patients were randomly selected as treatment group,and Ke Ling Meng he Kun Tai capsule was taken orally on the 5th day of menstruation.Ke Ling Meng once a day per day took 1 tablet per day on schedule for 21 days,continued on the eighth day after withdrawal.Kun Tai capsule and Ke Ling Meng were taken three times a day at the same time.They were taken orally 30 min after eating.31 cases of menstrual period were taken as control group.Take Clemmon alone.Every 3 menstrual cycles count a course of treatment,observe the end of the course of treatment,treatment The curative effect and score of TCM Syndrome before and after treatment between the treatment Group and the Control Group the total score of KI scale and the score of each symptom,The level of serum sex hormone（follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol E₂,serum AMH,ovarian volume,number of antral follicles and endometrial thickness）were evaluated.Results:One person was removed in the treatment group and one in the control group.The actual number of observers in the two groups was 30.1.The improvement of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total integral of the treatment group was improved compared with the total integral of the control group and before treatment,the result of analysis was statistically significant（P < 0.01）,and the total integral of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was as follows: 3 cases were invalid,7 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,11 cases were cured,27 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 90%.After treatment,the number of ineffective cases in the control group was 8,the effective cases were 5,the effective cases were 11,the cured cases were 6,the total effective cases were 23 cases,the total effective cases were Efficiency 73.3%.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving menstrual cycle and menstrual period,insomnia and dreams,and sore and soft waist and knee,and the results were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.The effect of feeling,insomnia and muscle and joint pain after treatment,the difference value of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the result was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.The effect of control group was better than that of treatment group in improving dizziness and urinary irritation symptoms.The results of analysis showed that the effect of the control group was better than that of the treatment group.The statistical significance was P < 0.05.In the treatment of other KI symptoms,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control groups in the treatment group and the control group were better than those before the treatment,and the results were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（P > 0.05.3）.The level of estradiol E₂ in the treatment group and the control group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the results were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the the results were statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion: Kuntai capsule combined with Kelingmen can effectively improve menstrual cycle,regulate endocrine level,improve climacteric symptoms and endometrial thickness in patients with premature ovarian dysfunction.Clinical application of adverse reactions in patients with fewer,and most of their own remission.The results suggest that the treatment of premature ovarian dysfunction with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has some clinical advantages.
