Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Synovitis Of Knee Osteoarthritis By Qingbaisan And Synovial Fluid Extraction

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical efficacy of treating synovitis of knee osteoarthritis by Qingbaisan and synovial fluid Extraction.Method:The object of the study was diagnosed as synovitis of knee osteoarthritis from September 2016 to November 2017 in******of TCM,who was belonged to the hot and humid condition syndrome according to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnostic criteria.A total of 60 cases were completely randomized divided into three groups:Treatment group:After 2days synovial fluid Extraction treatment,Qingbaisan could be used,,Coordination function exercise,2/d,4 hours interval,4 hours each time for 6 consecutive weeks;Basic group:Only by synovial fluid Extraction treatment,Coordination function exercise,one time a week;Control group:Diclofenac sodium emulsion and synovial fluid Extraction treatment,Coordination function exercise,3/day,6 consecutive weeks.The VAS score,grades of ballottement of patella,Lysholm score,ESR,CRP and TNF-α were recorded before treatment,3 week,6 week.To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of three groups in 6 weeks after treatment.Result:1.VAS score At the end of the course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but he basic group was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Grades of ballottement of patella:After 6 weeks’ treatment,the three groups of I occupancy were respectively82.1%,14.8%,25%,indicating that the treatment group was better than the other two groups,followed by the control group.3.Lysholm:After the course of treatment,the scores among the three groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).4.the ESR:the ESR scores of the experimental group and control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the basic group was no statistical difference.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).5.CRP:the CRP scores of the experimental group and control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the basic group was no statistical difference.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).6.TNF-a:the TNF-a scores of the experimental group and control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the basic group group was no statistical difference.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qingbaisan combined with synovial fluid Extraction can relieve the pain and swelling of the knee joint,improve the activity of the knee joint,and reduce the symptoms of inflammation.Improvement of quality of life.(2)Qingbaisan combined with synovial fluid Extraction had the best curative effect in improving joint swelling.The diclofenac sodium external coaing group had the best curative effect in relieving pain,And no difference exist between Qingbaisan and diclofenac sodium.
