| Objective:The difference between non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurement values of brachial artery was explored from the perspective of Chinese medicine. The characteristics of non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurements in brachial artery with different syndromes were analyzed to investigate the non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurement of brachial artery.Differences in correlation with heart rate and blood pressure values. Methods:Randomly selected from April 2017 to February 2018 in the Department of Cardiology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Coronary angiography for diagnosis and treatment of 119 patients with hypertension.Self-made questionnaires, physical and chemical examinations, and dialectical dialectical methods were adopted. The main contents of the record include names, gender, age, course of illness, medication history, and other general conditions;blood routine, liver and kidney function, four lipids, cardiac ultrasound(ejection fraction)and other physical and chemical examination results;dizziness, headache, bulging and other symptoms,Diet, two stools, tongue coating, pulse and other characteristics. The selected cases were all diagnosed by the TCM physicians of the Department of Cardiology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, based on the traditional Chinese medicine guidelines for clinical research and the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment criteria. The hypertension is divided into four types of syndromes:Hepatobiliary syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm dampness syndrome, yin and yang deficiency syndrome. The patient underwent radial angiography in the interventional catheterization room and recorded brachial artery non-invasive systolic pressure(NSBP),non-invasive diastolic pressure(NDBP),invasive systolic pressure(ISBP),invasive diastolic pressure(IDBP),and heart rate. All data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software for data management and statistical analysis.Measured data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x ± s),and chi-square test and t-test were used for comparison between the two groups;the difference between invasive and non-invasive measurement values of invasive and radial arterial pressure was used to determine the relationship between the factors.Pearson method,one-way analysis of variance,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The distribution of four types of syndromes in men and women is relatively balanced.Chi-square test results show that there is no statistically significant difference in gender distribution between different syndromes.(X2=0.89,P=0.83)2.One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the difference in age between the four syndromes of hypertension. The results suggested that there was no statistically significant difference in age between different syndromes.(P>0.05)3.The difference in the course of hypertension between different syndromes of hypertension was analyzed by one-way ANOVA.The results showed that:there was a statistically significant(F =6.44,P<0.001),and it could be considered that the difference between the four groups was high. There are differences in the course of blood pressure disease;further use of LSD method to compare the two,the comparison results show that there are differences in the course of hypertension between Yin and Yang Deficiency group,Yin Deficiency and Yang Decoction group, and Gan Huo Sheng Sheng group and Hushen Yu Sheng group.Significance(P<0.05).There was no difference in the course of hypertension between Yin Deficiency and Yang Deficiency group and Yin Deficiency Deficiency group(P=1.00),From the average point of view, the course of each syndrome presented yin and yang deficiency syndrome>yin deficiency and yang syndrome>phlegm dampness shengsheng syndrome>liver and phlegm syndrome.4.With coronary heart disease in patients with hypertension,TCM syndromes are mostly empirical,of which the liver and fire dampness and dampness are the most closely related.5.Invasive systolic blood pressure(ISBP),invasive diastolic pressure(IDBP),invasive mean arterial pressure(IMAP),non-invasive systolic blood pressure(NSBP),non-invasive diastolic blood pressure(NDBP)and non-invasive mean among different syndromes of hypertension The difference in arterial pressure(NMAP)was not statistically significant(P<0.05).One-way analysis of variance showed that there was a statistically significant difference between non-invasive and invasive systolic blood pressure differences among the four syndromes of hypertension(F=6.08,P= 0.001).Non-invasive and invasive systolic BP were found in Qishen Yusheng group.Differences in measurement differences were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05);differences between non-invasive and invasive diastolic blood pressure measurements in different syndrome groups were also statistically significant(F=8.29,P<0.001).The difference between non-invasive and invasive diastolic pressure measurements was significantly higher in the group than in the other groups(P<0.05).There was no correlation between heart rate and the difference between non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurements. There was a significant difference between non-invasive and invasive measurements of systolic blood pressure between groups with different blood pressure levels(P<0.001),and non-invasive and invasive measurements of systolic blood pressure in the abnormal blood pressure group. The difference is higher than the normal blood pressure group. There was no significant difference between the non-invasive and invasive measurements of diastolic blood pressure in both groups(P=0.88).Conclusion:There are no significant differences in the distribution of sex,age between the four types of hypertension syndrome, and there are significant differences in the course of the disease. From the average point of view, the course of each type of hypertension showed the symptoms of yin and yang deficiency>yin deficiency and yang syndrome>phlegm dampness syndrome>qi and liver phlegm syndrome.Hypertension patients with coronary heart disease,TCM syndromes are mostly empirical evidence,of which the liver and fire dampness and dampness, dampness,Sheng evidence and its most closely related. There was a statistically significant difference between the non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurements among the four syndromes of hypertension, and there was a statistically significant difference between the Husheng Shengsheng group and the rest of the groups.Non-invasive and invasive blood pressure measurements had no correlation with heart rate and were correlated with blood pressure values. There was a significant difference between the non-invasive and invasive measurements of systolic blood pressure between the different blood pressure groupings, and the difference between non-invasive and invasive systolic pressure measurements in the abnormal blood pressure group was higher than in the normotensive group. There was no difference between the noninvasive and invasive diastolic pressure measurements in both groups. Conclusion:There were no significant differences in the distribution of gender and age among the four syndromes of hypertension, and there were significant differences in the course of the disease. From the average point of view, the course of each type of hypertension showed the symptoms of yin and yang deficiency>yin deficiency and yang syndrome>phlegm dampness syndrome>qi and liver phlegm syndrome.Hypertension patients with coronary heart disease,TCM syndromes are mostly empirical
