The Clinical Research Of Needle-knife Combined With Anti-inflammatory Analgesic Liquid For Nerve-root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid for nerve-root type cervical spondylosis,and compared with the curative effect of needle-knife and acupuncture.To discuss the effectiveness and practicability of needle knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,to provide clinical evidence for the selection of treatment methods.Methods:90 cases of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group A(30 cases)and control group B(30 cases).The observation group patients were given needle-knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment.The control group A patients were given needle-knife treatment.The control group B patients were given acupuncture treatment.The observation group and control group A were applied once a week.The control group B were applied three times a week for three weeks.Both groups were applied for three weeks.Before and after treatment,and 4 weeks after finishing treatment,the effective rate and symptom rating were recorded.Results:1.During the treatment period,.The difference of effective rate and symptom rating between observation group and control groups was not significant as the number of treatments increases(χ2=0.577,P>0.05).It showed that three groups improved symptoms obviously.But compared with control group B,The good improvement rate of observation group was better(χ2=7.177,P<0.05).2.During the follow-up period,the clinical effect of observation group was better than control group A(P<0.05),and the clinical effect of control group A was better than control group B(P<0.05).3.Comparing three groups of clinical symptoms,we can draw two conclusions:①During the treatment period,observation group was better than control group B(P<0.05);②During the follow-up period,observation group was better than control group A(P<0.05),and control group A was better than control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Needle-knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid,needle-knife and acupuncture for nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were all effective.Just for follow-up result,needle-knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid improved symptoms more obviously.2.It is safe,effective and practical to treat nerve-root type cervical spondylosis with needle-knife combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid.It is an effective method to treat nerve-root type cervical spondylosis and worth promoting.
