Objective To investigate the effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(HF-rTMS)on hemiplegia shoulder pain and upper limbs motor function. Methods:Select January 2016 to May 2017 Visited Xuzhou Central Hospita1,60 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain in line with research criteria were divided into three groups according to random number table methed,20 cases in each group. The abdominal acupuncture group was treated with abdominal acupuncture.rRMS group were treated with HF-rTMS.The combination group was given abdominal acupuncture combined with HF-rTMS treatment, stimulation site for the ipsilateral hemisphere M1 area(primary motor cortex),the stimulation frequency of 10Hz.All patients were advised not to take painkillers, given conventional symptomatic drugs and rehabilitation training. Before and after 4 weeks of treatment, the upper extremity portion of the simply Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results The scores of VAS in three groups were lower than those in the previous groups and FMA scores were higher than before(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS score of the combination group was lower than that of abdominal acupuncture group and rTMS group. The VAS score of the abdominal acupuncture group was lower than that of the rTMS group(P<0.05).The FMA score of the combination group was higher than that of the abdominal acupuncture group and the rTMS group(P<0.05).The FMA score of the rTMS group was higher than that of abdominal acupuncture group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture with HF-rTMS can significantly improve hemiplegic shoulder pain and upper extremity motor function.
