Objective1.To investigate whether the effect of therapeutic life-style changes are due to routine care in improving blood lipid levels in young high school teachers with hyperlipidemia.2.Through intervention, young hyperlipidemia patients can recognize the hazards of hyperlipidemia, help them to get rid of bad living habits choose appropriate exercise methods, and reduce the incidence of hyperlipidemia among young people.MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2017,102 young high school teachers with elevated blood lipids during a physical examination at the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were randomly divided into intervention and contrast groups. In the contrast group,51 patients were only given regular nursing measures to adjust lipids, and the intervention group was treated with the therapeutic life-style change as the main interventions to adjust blood lipids. Two groups of subjects detected blood lipids and body weight index, and fill out the blood lipid KABP questionnaire before intervention, intervention for 3 months, intervention for 6 months. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software;the KABP questionnaire were tested for reliability and validity using Amos22.0 structural equation software.ResultsThe results showed that 102 cases of hyperlipidemia patients were 47 males and 55 females, with an average age of(37.11 ± 3.85)years in this study. The two groups of patients were compared in age, sex, height, occupation and other general data, demonstrating the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which were comparable.Between the two intervention measures, the results showed that the two groups of intervention measures showed obvious differences(P<0.05)in reducing triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol after 3 months of intervention. In the down-regulation of total cholesterol level, two intervention measures showed obvious difference(P<0.05)after 6 months of intervention. The results of blood lipid KABP questionnaire showed that the intervention group with therapeutic lifestyle change as the main intervention was significantly better than the control group with routine nursing as the main intervention in blood lipid cognitive level,lipid-lowering belief, and lipid-lowering behavior.Conclusion1.The therapeutic life-style change are superior to conventional nursing measures in improving blood lipid levels in young high school teachers with hyperlipidemia.2.The therapeutic life-style change can help young people with hyperlipidemia to be conscious of the detriment of the disease, develop good eating habits, find the right exercise ways for themselves,so as to more effectively improve the patient's blood lipid levels, prevent patients from diseases of abnormal blood lipids.
