[Objective]Based on the The Self-Regulation Theory, the nursing intervention has been prevent to improve the treatment effect. We aim to broaden such theory into the range of chronic heart failure and evaluate its impact on patient’s disease awareness and medication adherence.[methods]In our prospective randomized controlled study,We chosed 100 patients with chronic heart failure who admitted in cardiology department of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from March 2017 and sep 2017.Patient were randomed into two groups. The control group given routine therapy, nursing ward, chronic heart failure and distribute knowledge manual(China council for the promotion of heart failure diagnostic programs-heart failure patient self-management).One day before hospital discharge,we encouraged patients after discharge medicine consulting related problems at any time.In the first month and the second month after discharge, the weekly telephone follow-up was conducted once every two weeks.Experimental group patients disease awareness and medication adherence at present, the implementation of the nursing intervention scheme based on self adjusting theoretical design. Before intervention, intervention after 1 month,2 months and 3 months respectively evaluate patients medication compliance(Morisky medication adherence scale-8 items),in patients with intervention before and after the intervention evaluation disease awareness.[Results]1.Both groups comparing general demographic information:including age, sex, occupation, marital status, educational level, source of medical costs, primary disease, type B,urine sodium peptide,New York, heart function grading, medication adherence,a total of 10 items, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.2.Both groups disease awareness condition, there was no statistically significant difference before intervention(P>0.05),and after the intervention group is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compare two groups of the object of study medication adherence, two groups before intervention Morisky medication adherence scale-8(MMAS-8)was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between,intervention in 1 month,2 months,3 months in experimental group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).disease of chronic heart failure patients,so as to improve medication adherence, suitable to be used widely in clinic.
