Purpose:In order to achieve early diagnosis and intervention of vascular sclerosis and relieve clinical symptoms of hypertension, this research use the characteristic medicine of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital named Qianyangyuyin(QYYY)granules to observe the effect of TCM syndrome and carotid pulse wave conduction velocity of elderly patients with hypertension and circadian rhythm abnormality through ultrafast ultrasound imaging plus wave velocity on the basis of western medicine being up to the standard of lowering blood pressure.Methods:80 hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang excess are chose for the research, they are all between 60-80 years and are from department of cardiology, geriatric clinic and ward of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2017 to December 2017.The 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly, and both of them are treated with calcium ion antagonists on the basis of antihypertensive therapy. The purpose of the treatment is to keep their blood pressure SBP between 110mmHg and 150mmHg,the DBP between 60mmHg and 90mmHg.They can be treated with valsartan until the blood pressure conforming to the standard. On the basis of this treatment and in the next 6 weeks, the treatment group is given Yanyangyuyin granules. The control group is based on the basic treatment and blank control. This paper monitors the ultrafast ultrasound imaging plus wave of the two group who are under before and after treatment, and does statistical analysis of the changes of TCM syndrome,BS,ES and inner middle membrane thickness(IMT)of two groups who are under before and after treatment. Finally, this paper analysis of the improvement of Yanyangyuyin granules for hypertension and circadian rhythm abnormality patients’ TCM syndrome and its’ effects on vascular elasticity.Results:(1)TCM Syndrome Evaluation:compared with the control group, the experimental group of Qiyangyuyin granules have more obvious effect on improving clinical symptoms. The score of TCM syndromes decreased, that is statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).(2)Comparison of BS about the ultrafast ultrasound imaging plus wave:the BS of test group bilateral carotid arteries is significantly improved(P<0.01),and the BS of control group after treatment of bilateral carotid artery is significantly improved(P<0.05).Contrast between the two groups after treatment, the test group improves significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),what’s more, the improvement of BS of the right carotid artery is more significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of ES about the ultrafast ultrasound imaging plus wave:the test group ES bilateral carotid arteries are significantly improved(P<0.01),and after treatment the control group of bilateral carotid artery ES are also significantly improved(P<0.05).Contrast between the two groups after treatment, the test group improves significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),especially the improvement of ES of the right carotid artery is more significant(P<0.01).(4)IMT comparison of carotid artery:there is no significant difference in the improvement of carotid IMT before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the precondition of amlodipine reaching the standard of depressurization(combined valsartan if necessary),the research shows that the Qianyangyuyin granules can effectively treat elderly hypertensive patients whose blood pressure circadian rhythm is abnormal. Moreover,it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the elasticity of the arteries.
