Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of abdomen acupuncture combined with navel therapy and oral western medicine in the treatment of distal symmetric polyneuropathy(DSPN)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes and to explore the treatment of diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine. The safe and effective method of lesions. Methods:A total of 60 patients with symmetric hyperthyroidism due to qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes were enrolled from December 2016 to December 2017 in the Department of Acupuncture and Endocrinology of Yunnan Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and outpatient department. Methods were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with navel therapy,3 times a week treatment,12 times as a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 2 courses;control group oral treatment with methylcobalamin capsules,0.5mg/time,3 times/day,4 weeks 1 course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2courses.The two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment for TCM symptom scores,Toronto scores, motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),and statistical analysis was performed for each score.Determine the efficacy.Result:1.According to the TCM syndrome scores, the total effective rate was86.67% in the treatment group,6 cases(20%)were cured,11 cases(36.67%)were markedly effective,9 cases(30%)were effective, and 4 cases(13.33%)were invalid; The total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group,1 case(3.33%)was cured,8 cases(26.67%)were markedly effective,14cases(46.67%)were effective, and 7 cases(23.33%)were ineffective. The rank sum test was used for comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the TCM syndrome of the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.According to TCSS scores to determine the efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,14 cases(46.67%)were markedly effective,10 cases(33.33%)were effective, and 6 cases(20%)were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,and the effect was 6 Cases(20%),effective 12 cases(40%),invalid 11cases(36.67%).After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.After the treatment, the Toronto scores of both groups were reduced(P<0.05).The results showed that both methods have a certain effect on qi deficiency and blood stasis type DSPN.However, the Toronto scores after treatment in the two groups were compared(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement of DSPN in abdominal acupuncture combined with navel therapy was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of MCV and SCV nerve conduction velocity between the two groups after treatment. The SCV in the left side of the median nerve in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The other parameters of the electrophysiological measurement were before and after treatment. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that abdominal acupuncture combined with navel therapy is superior to Western medicine "Methylcobalamin" in improving the left median nerve SCV.in conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with navel therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of distal symmetric polyneuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes, and it is superior to Western medicine “Methylcobalamin” in improving TCM syndrome and Toronto integral.
