Experimental Study Of Tacrolimus,WuZhi Soft Capsule Combined With Replenishing Qi And Promoting Blood Circulation Recipe In Treatment Of Nephrotic Primary Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus,Wu Zhi soft capsule combined with replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of nephrotic primary membranous nephropathy.Methods: 60 patients with renal biopsy-confirmed nephrotic primary membranous nephropathy were included in the study,were divided into treatment and contrast group at random.Each group had 30 cases.Both groups received tacrolimus and Wu Zhi soft capsule.Treatment group received replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe additionally.The patients were followed for 6 months,then observe the changes of 24-hour urinary protein,serum albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,serum creatinine,blood glucose,alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome grade,adverse reaction in 2 groups.Results: 54 patients completed therapy.After the 6th month,remission rate was 85.71% in treatment group and 53.85% in contrast(P<0.05).As to recurrence rate was 11.11% and 36.36% respectively(P<0.05).Proteinuria and serum albumin were significantly ameliorated after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),total cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.01).Serum creatinine,blood glucose,alanine transaminase and aspertate aminotransferase were comparable between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome grade was superior to that before treatment in both groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Compared with the control group,the protocol of tacrolimus,Wu Zhi soft capsule combined with replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation recipe has better efficacy,.lower recurrence rate and less adverse reaction.
