Curative Effect Observation Of Heat-clearing And Hemostatic Combine With Leflunomide Of Simple Hematuria Type Hen?ch-sch?nlein Purpura Nephritis In Children During 12 Weeks

Objective Through observe the clinical data,the paper reports the curative effect of simple hematuria type Hen?ch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis in children during 12 weeks and analyzes the difference between Heat-clearing and hemostatic group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for its application.Methods The children with simple hematuria type Hen?ch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis in kidney disease outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine in In November 2015 to September 2016 was studied.All cases meet the following conditions:The age is older than or equal to three years old,and younger than eighteen years old;Conform to the simple hematuria type HSPN diagnostic criteria.The children were randomly divided into Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic group.The total period of treatment last 12 weeks.The 4th,the 8th and the 12 th weekend were chosen as the main observation points in total trial.According to the situation of children with mild,moderate and severe hematuria of urine red blood cells and the safety indexes,to determine the treatment effect and safety.Results This study followes up 75 cases children in accordance with the set of conditions.Age,sex and course of disease are not factors affect the curative effect of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.The difference of the curative effect of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks is without statistical significance between Heat-clearing and hemostatic group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group(Ρ<0.05).The rate of the Heat-clearing and hemostatic group was 52.6%、40.5%、54.3% in the cure and significant efficacy at the 4th,the 8th and the 12 th weekend,The rate of the Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group was 40.5%、54.1%、57.1% in the cure and significant efficacy at the 4th,the 8th and the 12 th weekend.The difference of the curative effect of children with mild,moderateand severe hematuria of pure hematuria for 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks is without statistical significance between Heat-clearing and hemostatic group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group(Ρ < 0.05).The security didn’t show significant differences in two groups(Ρ>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic group in the treatment of children total curative effect are no significant difference for 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.The safety of Heat-clearing and hemostatic combined with leflunomide group and Heat-clearing and hemostatic group in the treatment of children with hematuria is no significant difference.
