| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 71 cases of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenge Decoction in the treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.To observe before and after therapeutic index in the treatment group and control group(best corrected visual acuity;retinal microvascular count,amount of bleeding and exudation and macular edema;clinical symptoms;fasting blood glucose)and the significance of the change,to investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Huayu Traditional Chinese Medicine for prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy clinical value.Methods: From April 2016 to March 2017,71 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy patients,were randomly divided into treatment group of 35 cases,36 cases in the control group,routine treatment,treatment group taking decoction of Shenge decoction,1 dose / day,orally two times,20 days for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses;control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules(Da Shiming).1 times a day,once a day,20 days for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Before and after treatment by visual acuity,fundus examination,fundus photography and fundus angiography and OCT examination,improve the detection of patients with visual acuity and retinal microvascular tumor,hemorrhage and exudation,changes of the indicators and systemic symptoms and fasting blood glucose etc.Results: 1.a total of 71 cases were included in this study.There was no significant differences in the general data,DM course of disease,blood glucose level,fundus stage,visual acuity,fundus index and syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05).2.after treatment for 3 courses,in the improvement of visual acuity,fundus,TCM syndrome,the cur-ative effect of the treatmentgroup was better than that of the controlgroup,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shenge decoction has tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)curative effect,improve eyesight and improve patients with fundus microaneurysms,hemorrhage,exudation and edema have certain curative effect,and can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients. |
