Objective: Molecular subtypes of breast cancer have such a guiding significance in individual therapy.Whether or not exam before operation should be discussed. The Correlation between MR imaging features and the molecular subtypes of breast cancer should be investigated in this article.Materials and methods: A total of 81 patients who were confirmed breast cancer by operation and Immunohistochemistry were included. All patients were performed by dynamic contrast enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI),and 57 patients underwent both DCE-MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI(DW-MRI).Morphology,hemodynamics,ADC value were compared among subtypes, and the same on HER2 expression and ER expression groups. Results: There was no statistical correlation between tumor sizes,Morphology, enhancement pattern, lymph node metastasis and subtypes and ER expression groups.ADC value had a Marginal statistical significant in HER2 expression groups. The ADC was lower in HER2-positive group than in HER2-negative group(0.998×10-3 mm2/s vs1.1417×10-3 mm2/s).Dynamic enhancement curve was also seen prominent statistical significance in HER2 groups.HER2-positive tumors demonstrated more rapid early contrast uptake than other molecular subtypes. Conclusion: There was certain correlation in DCE-MRI and DW-MRI to breast cancer molecular subtypes.
