objectiveTo investigate the correlation between serum PCSK9 level and severity of coronary artery stenosis in CHD.Methods95 patients were selected for CHD group who accepted coronary angiography examination and was diagnosed with CHD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua university from July 2016 to December 2016,and at the same time selected 40 patients for control group who accepted coronary angiography examination diagnosed have no vessel lumen stenosis.The severity of artery stenosis was evaluated by the Gensini score.Of these CHD patients,30 were low Gensini score group and 33 were mid-Gensini score group and 32 were high Gensini score group.This research will collect the basic information such as gender,age,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,fasting blood-glucose and so on.Automatic detector will be used to detect serum TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,apoa1,apoB,apoa1/apoB,hs-CRP,and ELISA will be used to detect PCSK9 levels.To discuss the correlation between serum PCSK9 level and the severity of coronary artery stenosis in CHD.Results1.By comparing control group with CHD group,the level of age,diabetes rate,smoking rate,TC,LDL-C,apoB,hs-CRP in CHD group increases obviously(p< 0.05).the level of apoB,apoa1/apoB in CHD decrease obviously(p<0.05).No significant differences were observed in hypertension rate,gender,TG and apoa1 between groups(p>0.05).2.By comparing control group with CHD group,the level of PCSK9 in CHD group increases obviously(p< 0.05).3.The level of PCSK9 in high Gensini score group is significantly higher than that in mid-Gensini score group and low Gensini score group(p<0.05),the level of PCSK9 in mid-Gensini score group is significantly higher than that in low Gensini score group(p<0.05).4.Serum PCSK9 levels is positively correlated with Gensini scores in CHD patients.5.PCSK9 level is positively correlated with TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP,apoB,and is negatively correlated with HDL-C,apoa1/apoB,and has no correlation with TG,DP,SP,FBG.ConclusionSerum PCSK9 level increases significantly and is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis in CHD. |
