Nowadays,the development of science and technology also has a huge effect on medical imaging.In clinical,medical imagingis widely used in medical diagnosis and treatment as an important auxiliary means.As the human cardiovascular is a complex biological tissue,doctorscan only obtain two-dimensional images ofhuman bodyby using medical imagining equipments,which is lack of spacal information.And diagnosis and treatment of disease rely entirely on the doctor’s clinical experience,which can easily lead to diagnostic errors and increase the risks of treatment.The following steps perform segmentation and reconstruction of the coronary artery according to the features of coronary angiography images.And the result of the blood flowanalysisis reasonable to assume the reason of coronary artery disease.The dissertation made the following findings:1)Facing coronary angiography image noise,this dissertation analyzes the causes of noise and processed the noise by Gaussian Transformation.With a level cap transformation treatment of coronary angiography image coronary vessels,surrounding contrast enhancement,thedissertation gets better processing results.2)The symmetric region growing segmentation algorithm is used to realize the coronary artery segmentation,and different segmentation algorithms are comparedincluding the symmetric region growing segmentation algorithm,the region growing method and the interactive segmentation method.The experimental results show that the symmetric region growing algorithm has the same accuracyasthe region growing method in the coronary angiography image segmentation.At the same time,the symmetric region growing algorithmis superior in terms of reducing human involvement.3)The MC algorithm used to conduct the three-dimensional model of coronary artery,and the ambiguity in MC algorithm issolved in the model.Then the surface mesh is simplified to reduce the computational complexity.At last the smoothing approach isutilized for the uneven surface of the model.4)The blood flow analysis of the coronary artery model isconducted using the ANSYS software.The flow rate,pressure,flow field and shear stress are selected as parameters in the blood flow analysis of the model.The results show that patients with coronary stenosis of coronary heart disease are present phenomenon of velocity increases,the pressure is small.From the results,we may speculate the coronary vascular pathology,which will have certain reference value for the coronary vascular disease diagnosis and treatment.
