The Clinical Observation Of Apatinib For Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective:This study was designed to investigate the clinical efficacy,toxicity and safety of oral administration of apapatinib mesylate in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:(1)26 patients with advanced lung cancer who had received two or more treatment failures(including 21 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 5 cases of small cell lung cancer)were given oral administration of apatinib at an initial dose of 250 mg/day.No serious adverse reactions,medication 1 week after the increase to 500mg/day.Some patients received intravenous chemotherapy combined with oral administration of apatinib.The clinical information(sex,age,ECOG score,pathological type,clinical stage,treatment regimen,therapeutic efficacy,toxicological side effects)were recorded for all patients.After 4 weeks of treatment,chest CT,skull MRI and bone ECT were performed.The curative effect was evaluated according to RECIST solid tumor evaluation criteria.(2)To evaluate the long-term efficacy of apatinib in the treatment of advanced lung cancer in retrospective analysis of the data of 2 patients with advanced lung cancer treated with apocidine in our hospital.Results:1.Among the 21 patients with NSCLC,the objective response rate(ORR)was 14.3%and disease control rate(DCR)was 90.5%after one circle,including partial response(PR)of 3 cases,stable disease(SD)of 16 cases and progression disease(PD)of 2 cases.2.Among the 5 patients with SCLC,the objective response rate(ORR)was 40%and disease control rate(DCR)was 80%after one circle,including partial response(PR)of 2 cases,stable disease(SD)of 2 cases and progression disease(PD)of 1 cases.3.There were 13 cases(50%)of hypertension,9 cases of proteinuria(34.6%),12 cases of hand-foot syndrome(46.2%),10 cases of myelosuppression(38.5%),),7 cases(26.9%).Mainly for the 1-2 level of toxic side effects,3-4 rare.Conclusion:Apatinib showed a certain anti-tumor activity,the recent effect is better in advanced lung cancer,can be used in clinical treatment and needs further research in long-term efficacy.In the toxic side effects,fatigue,hypertension,proteinuria,hand and foot syndrome is more common,most patients can be suspended by administration,down dose and symptomatic control to achieve control and reversal.
