| Objective: To observe the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis with Yinhua Miyanling tablets on patients’ IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in EPS.To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Yinhua Miyanling in treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods: All patients were from the First People’s Hospital of Changzhou outpatient(aged 18~50)from September 2015 to September 2016 90 cases,30 healthy person.90 patients in the treatment group in accordance with randomized,controlled principle,the establishment of Yinhua Miyanling group(A group),levofloxacin group(B group),and combination therapy group(C group).Including 30 cases of A group,30 cases of B group,and 30 cases of C group.And 30 healthy controls were selected for baseline assessment of cytokine levels in prostatic fluid.The A group: levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets,500mg/time,1 time / day,treatment for 6 weeks.The B group:Yinhuan Miyanling tablets,2.0g/time 3 times / day,treatment for 6 weeks.The C group: levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets,500mg/time,1 time / day;Yinhuan Miyanling tablets,2.0g/time 3 times / day,treatment for 6 weeks.Control group: healthy person with no treatment.IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,Traditional Chinese medcine(TCM)symptom score and NIH-CPSI score were statistically analyzed after the treatment of the treatment group and the control group.Results: After 6 week’s treatment,A group 0 cases were cured,5 cases very effective,8 cases effective,17 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 47%;B group 1 cases were cured,8 cases very effective,10 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 67%.C group 2 cases were cured,10 cases very effective,9 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 70%.Statistical analysis showed: Compare A group with B group,here is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compare A group with C group,There is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compare B group with C group,There is no statistically significant(P>0.05).The combination group and Yinhua Miyanling group were superior to the levofloxacin group,Yinhua Miyanling group and the combination group was no significant difference.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and NIH-CPSI were improved in the three groups(P <0.05).Indicating that the three treatments can improve the symptoms of type Ⅲ prostatitis(P <0.05).However,the B group and the C group were better than the A group in the NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom scores.However the B group is not better than the C group in the NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom scores(P>0.05).But the C group control the B group in the NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom scores improve more obvious.Healthy group and treatment group about patients’ EPS cytokines:Healthy group.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,the IL-8 level was the highest,while IL-2 was lower than that in the healthy group.three groups were analyzed statistically before treatment about IL-2,L-6,IL-8,(P>0.05),there is no statistical significance between A,B and C group.Before and after treatment in the three groups of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 contrast shows that the treatment can be statistically significant,indicating the treatment in relieving symptoms also bring changes in patients’ EPS cytokines(P <0.05).The cytokines were compared between the three groups after treatment shows that A group compare with B group and A group compare with C group on IL-2,IL-6,IL-8(P<0.05),there is statistical significance;B group compare with C group on IL-6,IL-8(P<0.05),there is statistical significance;B group compare with C group on IL-2(P>0.05),there is no statistical significance.Conclusion: Type III prostatitis patients IL-8,IL-6 increased,IL-2 decreased.The most obvious increase of IL-8.Yinhua Miyanling tablets is an effective drug for the treatment of damp heat type of prostatitis,in improving symptoms at the same time can change the patients’ EPS cytokines.Treatment with Yinhua Miyanling and Yinhua Miyanling combined with levofloxacin in patients about efficient and symptomatic improvement ant did not show statistical significance. |
