Objective:To explore the function of Anoectochilus-Roburghii(AR)produced in the hospital on improving immune function in mice immunized by Cyclophosphamide.Methods:First,the liquid of AB was extracted through the steps of juice,filtration,enrichment and so on.Then the quality was tested.Next the samples were divided into model group,low dose AR group,high dose AR group and the control group.Low dose AR group and high dose AR group were given AR from first day,and NS were given to the rest groups.All of samples were fed 25 days.In 18th day,beside the control group,the other three groups were injected cyclophosphamide for setting up immunosuppression model.In 25th day,all the mice were put to death and samples were drawn.Then weigh the thymus and spleen and the indexes were calcμlated.Finally the peripheral white blood cells,the concentration of inflammation factors(IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-y)and T lymphocyte subpopμlation were detected.Results:After experiment,the weight of mice were decline except the control group.In the exploration of indexes of thymus and spleen,after the experiment,the model group,low dose AB group and high dose AR group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The results of low dose AR group and high dose AR group were higher than the model group(P<0.05).The low dose AR group compared with high dose AR group,the indexes of thymus and spleen were higher(P<0.05).In the exploration of T lymphocyte subpopuLation,after the experiment,the CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells in the model group,low dose AR group and high dose AR group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The results of low dose AR group were higher than the model group(P<0.05),but there were no significance between the high dose AR group and the model group(P>0.05).Also there were no significance between the low dose AR group and the high dose AR group(P>0.05).As for the comparison CD4+/CD8+,the high dose AR group were higher than the control group and the model group,the low dose AR group were lower than the control group,and there were no statistic significance between each two groups(P>0.05).In the exploration of the peripheral white blood cells,after the experiment,the model group,low dose AR group and high dose AR group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The resuLts of low dose AR group were higher than the model group(P<0.05),but there were no significance between the high dose AR group and the model group(P>0.05).The low dose AR group compared with high dose AR group,the concentration of the peripheral white blood cells were higher(P<0.05).In the exploration of the peripheral white blood cells,after the experiment,the concentrations of IL-4 and IL-10 of the model group,low dose AR group and high dose AR group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),besides,the concentrations of IL-6 and IFN-y were higher in these three groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of IL-4 and IL-10 of low dose AR group and high dose AR group were higher than the model group(P<0.05);besides,the concentrations of IL-6 and IFN-y were lower in the low dose AR group and high dose AR grovp.The low dose AR group compared with high dose AR group,the concentrations of IL-4 and IL-10 were lower(P<0.05),but the the concentrations of IL-6 and IFN-y were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:AR can effectively improve the immune function of immune-suppressed mice,increase the spleen and thymus indexes,reduce inflammation reaction,improve the level of peripheral white blood cells and correct the imbalance between T lymphocyte subpopuLation.And the different doses of AR have different effect.The low dose AR can improve celluLar immunity and immune defense.And the high dose AR can improve immune function through anti-inflammation.It contribute to provide favorable support for clinical trials in the future. |
