Surveillance On Disinfection Quality Of Medical Institutions In Haian County From 2013 To 2016

【Objective】To understand the situation of the disinfection and sterilization quality of the medical institutions in Haian County,and to compare the sample qualified rates in different levels of medical institutions,different locations and different objects so as to provide improved measures and scientific basis for strengthening disinfection surveillance and nosocomial infection control management.【Methods】According to“Hospital Disinfection Sanitary Standard”(GB15982-2012)and“Disinfection Technology Standard”(2012),we sampled some have been disinfected object,such as air,object surface,hand hygiene of medical staff,the using disinfector,pressure-steam sterilization,ultraviolet radiation lamps,asepsis object,medical equipments.Monitoring sites included the operating room,delivery room,supply room,treatment rooms and so on.Through testing the total number of colonies,the number of Staphylococcus aureus,UV intensity and biological monitoring,we analyzed and evaluated the disinfection and sterilization efficacy.【Results】(1)Among various kinds of monitoring object,the sample qualified rate of the using disinfector(100%)was highest,and the sample qualified rate of the pressure-steam sterilization(96.23%)was lowest in 2013.The sample qualified rate of the using disinfector and GradeⅢair(100%)was highest,and the sample qualified rate of ultraviolet radiation lamps(95.70%)was lowest in 2014.The sample qualified rate of the using disinfector and GradeⅢair(100%)was highest,and the sample qualified rate of ultraviolet radiation lamps(91.84%)was lowest in 2015.The sample qualified rate of the using disinfector and GradeⅢair(100%)was highest,and the sample qualified rate of object surface,in GradeⅡenvironment,(95.70%)was lowest in 2016.(2)There was no significant difference of the sample qualified rates among different years(x~2=4.980,P>0.05).(3)The total qualified rate of the using ultraviolet radiation lamps in four years(95.71%)was lowest.And it has significant difference from the total qualified rate of the other monitoring object(x~2=10.164,P<0.01).(4)There was no significant difference of the four years’qualified rates among different levels of medical institutions(x~2=2.118,P>0.05).【Conclusion】(1)The disinfection quality of 57 medical institutions in Haian,maintaining at a high level,is relatively stable.There was no significant difference of the sample qualified rates among different years.(2)There was no significant difference of the four years’qualified rates among different levels of medical institutions.(3)The weaknesses of the disinfection quality of 57 medical institutions are the using ultraviolet radiation lamps and object surface,which need us to strengthen and improve.
