The Research Based On Data Integrated For Patient Health Record

In hospitals,all kinds of business operations have already changed from manually handling to medical information systems supporting as the procession of medical information technology.Such as HIS/LIS/PACS and so on.These evolution improves working efficiency and management In a certain historical period,However,too much of different systems or modules with no sharing information and business have already blocked the developing of hospital’s medical information integration i n current stage as the information technology changes unimaginable.the information will not be shared as all the business unit is isol ated in different kinds of hospital’s information systems,it makes Collaboration tasksCouldn’t be finished feasibly in multiple departments.The information isolated island built and duplicated operations had been done in this situation.For an example,a patient has to do multiple times of same inspection because of changed different departments in the same hospital.What’s more,if the patient want to change hospital,the duplicated operations has to bone again as the patient’s health information data can’t be shared in different hospitals.The raised cost and waste of time make patients and hospitals uncomfortable in that situation.The proposal of was published by National ministry of health in 2009,based on this proposal and the common industry stardard: IHE,this paper try to research the data integration and solution to resolve the isolated information island between departments and hospital or different hospital in ditricts.it includes the definitions of medical business dataset,thedata mediation of business unit,the integration of modules and the construction&views of health archives.This paper try to follow and describe the steps of survey of requirement/foundation design/data model design/modules design in details.it also follows the B/S architecture with java platform,With module decoupling,This system have strongly flexibility and expansibility and high stability.It maps all the entities to the tables in database by the O/R Technology,which provides the strong constraints and transaction to make the entities integrity.Finally,the paper summarized the full text and gives the prospect for the follow-up.
