The Study On Nursing Intervention Of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing By The Tune Of Jue For Depressive Patients

Purpose: In this study,through the implementation of music intervention to the Jue tone of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing on depression patients,to evaluate the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),to investigate the effect of nursing intervention for the Jue tone of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing on depression patients,provide the basis for further study of clinical nursing of depression.Method: According to the diagnoses and inclusive criteria,using the convenience sampling method,select 60 cases from March 2016 to November 2016 in a three grade a psychiatric hospital patients with depression were randomly divided into the Jue tone of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing intervention group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),two groups of patients were treated with routine nursing care measures.On this basis,the Jue tone of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing adjustable music intervention group plus nursing intervention to two times daily with the Jue tone of Chinese Therapeutic Music-Wuxing,every 30 minutes,30 minutes and 1 hours before going to bed at lunch before respectively,for 4 weeks.The control group was treated with music therapy.Before and after the experiment,two groups of BPRS scale score,HAMA scale score and HAMD scale score were observed and compared to evaluate the symptoms of psychotic symptoms,anxiety and depression.Result: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the BPRS scale score,the HAMA scale score and the HAMD scale score.After 1,2 and 4 weeks intervention,there was no significant difference between the intervention group score and the control group score,and there was no statistical significance in the P>0.05 clinical study.Conclusion: Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical research follows the philosophical thinking of the ancestors taking analogies,and uses Wuxing of analogical reasoning to intervene the Music-Wuxing in depressive patients.With the intervention time,Music-Wuxing by the tune of Jue for group and routine nursing pre conditioning control group two groups of BPRS score,HAMA score and HAMD score difference in trend,can significantly improve the depressive state,reduce the HAMA score and HAMD score,effectively reduce the patient’s symptoms and signs.The cost of the clinical intervention was cheap,and there were no serious adverse reactions and side effects during the intervention.The intervention method was safe and reliable.
