Integrative Medicine Nursing Plan Against Breast Cancer Research And Practice Of Lateral Upper Limb Edema After Surgery

Purpose:For breast cancer with postoperative side upper limb edema,establish the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine,the intervention plan evaluation for the prevention and mitigation effect of lateral upper limb edema after breast cancer.Method:The study was based on a completely randomized clinical control intervention.Select 100 patients who underwent breast cancer enhancement at a sanjia hospital in jilin province from February to December 2016,there were 50 cases of intervention and control group.The control group gave the treatment of breast cancer to the treatment of breast cancer.Intervention group patients in the control group,on the basis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing plan,namely on the basis of conventional nursing care,to improve rehabilitation exercise training,moxibustion therapy and limb acupuncture point massage.The condition of the condition,the activity of the shoulder joint and the evaluation of the self-induced symptom of lymphedema were compared in the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:The incidence of oedema and edema was lower in the intervention group than in the control group.In the control group,8 cases of lateral upper limb edema were reported,with an incidence of 16%,including 1 case of severe edema,3 cases of moderate edema,4 cases of mild edema.In the intervention group,there were 2 cases of lateral upper limb edema,4 per cent,all mild edema,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the function of the shoulder joint and the evaluation of self-induced symptoms were higher than those in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and western medicine can effectively prevent the occurrence of lateral upper limb edema in breast cancer,reduce the degree of oedema in patients,to facilitate the recovery of the function of the shoulder joint,not only can alleviate the discomfort after the patient’s operation,but also play an important role in the recovery of the patient,providing the guarantee for the rehabilitation training after discharge.
