Clinical Observation Of Yi Shen Xuan Bai Soup In The Treatment Of Asthma And Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Persistent(Shen Xu Tan Bi Zheng)

Purpose:The purpose of this research is clinical observation of the treatment with the tr aditional Chinese medicine medicinal Yi shen xuan bai soup and western medicine Compound Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,objective evaluation of the two groups in the tre atment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in persistent(Sen xu tan bi Zhen g)in the clinical efficacy and safety.Provide more clinical guidelines for the treatment of asth ma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:60 patients(seeing a doctor in THE FIRST AFFILIATED HOSPITAL TO CH ANGCHUN NIVERSITY OF CHINESE MEDICINE and Conforming to the standard)woul d usually be assigned to treatment group and matched group,they w-ere divided into treatmen t group 30 cases and matched group 30 cases.The treatment group were given Yi shen xuan ba i soup 150 ml,2 times,Morning andevening after oral.The control group were given Tiotropi um Bromide Powder for Inhalation that manufactured by CHIA TAI TIANQING PHARMAC EUTICAL 18 uginhaled by HandiHaler,1 times.Treatment for 4 weeks.After the treament,cou ntthe clinical symptom score,to observe the change of clinical symptoms,App-lication of stati stical software spss17.0 statistical data,summated evaluate the curative effect.Result:1.In the aspect of TCM Western medicine syndrome curative ef-fect:60 patients would usually be assigned to treatment group and matched group,they were divided into treat ment group 30 cases and matched group 30 cases.the treatment group clinical recovery in 5 c ases,18 cases had marked effect,4cases were improved,3 cases had no effect,the markedly ef fective rate was77.33%,total effective rate was 90%;matched group clinical recovery 1 cases,14 cases were markedly improved,9 cases were improved,6 had no effect,the markedly effe ctive rate was 50%,total effective rate was 80%.there are differences between the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome curative effect and the effect of treatment group is better tha n the control group.In the aspect of Western medicine syndrome curative effect:In the aspect of ACT score,the treatment group clinical control in 3 cases,24 cases had better control,3 cas es were no control,total effective rate was 90%;matched group clinical control in 1 cases,17cases had better control,12 cases were no control,total effective rate was 60%;By the chi-squ are X~2test P<0.05,there are differences between the two groups;In the aspect of 6MWD,the tr eatment group markedly improved、efficient and no control are 19 cases,8 cases and 3 cases,total effective rate was 90%;matched group are 13 cases、10 cases and 7 cases,the tot al effective rate was 76.67%;By the statistical tests P<0.05,there are no differences between t he two groups;2.In terms of primary symptom curative effect:the primary symptom of two groups are cough,throat wheezing,two groups of patients after treatment,the symptoms of primary sym ptom score by t test P values are0.042 and 0.041,less than 0.05,the main symptoms,compa res group,Chinese medicine group and the control group can obviously improve the symptom s of cough,throat wheezing quality score(P<0.05);And Chinese medicine group is better th an that in control group(P<0.05).3.In the aspect of secondary symptoms effective:Two groups of secondary symptoms by comparison in the group of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine group and contro l group can obviously improve coughing of phlegm,rapid respiration and lacking in strength(P<0.05),traditional Chinese medicine group in improving coughing of phlegm,rapid respir ation and lacking in strength are better than that in control group(P<0.05).4.In the aspect of ACT score and 6MWD:Two groups of ACT score and 6MWD all can obviously be improved(P<0.05)in pretherapy and post-treatment;after the treatment traditi onal Chinese medicine group in improving ACT score and 6MWD are better than that in cont rol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi shen xuan bai soup in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive p ulmonary disease in persistent(SenxutanbiZheng)clinical curative effect is better than that of Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,Yi shen xuan bai soup in total efficacy determina tion,symptom improvement has the obvious advantage,worthy of clinical application and spr ead.
