Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Xijiao Tongluo Granule In Treating Purpura Nephritis Hematuria With Blood Heat Injury Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical observation to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xijiao Tongluo Granule in treating Purpura nephritis isolated hematuria with Blood heat injury syndrome.Medthods:Sixty-six patients with Purpura nephritis isolated hematuria with Blood heat injury syndrome were divided into observation group and control group,and 33 cases in each group were observed for clinical efficacy.The observation group was given oral Xijiao Tongluo granules,and the control group was orally administered Piperazine Ferulate.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.Blood routine,liver and kidney function were examined before and after treatment.The occult blood and red blood cell counts of urine red blood cells before and after treatment,two weeks after treatment,four weeks after treatment,and eight weeks after treatment were recorded.Changes in symptoms and signs of TCM before and after treatment were recorded and statistical analysis was performed.Resultes:1.In this study,66 patients with inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.During the treatment period,there were 3 cases of shedding cases in the two groups.No cases were excluded.The actual number of cases completed was 60 cases.The control group each30 cases.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group.The treatment in the observation group was significantly better thanthat in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.00%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of symptoms and symptoms of single TCM symptoms:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the number,color,location,hematuria,heart-heat polydipsia,dyspharyngealgia,erythema,dry stool,tongue,and tongue coating of the individual TCM symptoms and signs(P<0.05 Or P<0.01),and the observation group was superior to the control group.4.BLD,RBC laboratory indicators comparison:After two weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in urinary BLD and urinary RBC between the two groups(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment and eight weeks of treatment,the difference in urine BLD and urinary RBC between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:Xijiao Tongluo Granul has a good clinical effect on the improvement of symptoms in children with isolated hematuria caused by blood heat-induced purpura nephritis,and has a significant effect on the improvement of occult blood and urine red blood cell laboratory indexes of urine red blood cells.At the same time,no serious adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment period,indicating that Xijiao Tongluo Granules is a safe and effective method for treating the disease.
