| Background: With the aging of the population,the incidence,disability and mortality of chronic heart failure(CHF)have been increasing since 1980 s.Although the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Western medicine are constantly updated,the control effect is not ideal.With the change of medical progress and people’s awareness of the advantages of the treatment of chronic heart failure TCM is more and more obvious,the specific methods include acupoint and moxibustion,moxibustion and sanjiu stick etc.Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of chronic heart failure treated with different external application time of heart failure by clinical trials.Methods: 40 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into trial group(n = 20)and experimental group(n = 2),which were in accordance with the inclusion criteria.Test 1 group received topical 3 hours post heart failure,heart failure test of 2 group was given 6 hours post application,a course of 2 months,6 months of observation,2 courses of treatment,before and after the dog days of summer and winter for 39 days and 10 days in 39,the once posted(10 times).Comparison of two groups of walking distance before and after the treatment of chronic heart failure of acute exacerbation,NYHA grade of heart function,6 minutes(6MWD),left ventricular end diastolic(LVIDd),the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),TCM syndrome symptoms of heart failure and integral quality of life in Minnesota heart failure scale(MLHFQ)score,WHOQOL-BREF scale score changes,clinical evaluation of heart failure with different time on the treatment of chronic heart failure.Results: 1 patients were compared between the two groups in gender,age,disease duration,primary disease,6MWD,NT-proBNP,NYHA grade of heart function,the frequency of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure,left ventricular end diastolic(LVIDd),the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),no statistically significant difference between TCM syndromes of heart failure symptom score,MLHFQ score WHOQOL-BREF integral group(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.2 on the number of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure: the two groups after treatment than before treatment were improved(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group compared with the experimental group(1)was significantly(P<0.05).3 the effect of NYHA on cardiac function classification: the treatment of the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the experimental group(P<0.05).4 the influence of 6MWD: the treatment of the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group compared with the experimental group(1)had significant effect(P<0.05).5 the influence of NT-proBNP: the treatment of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).6 Effect on echocardiography index: LVEF: two groups after treatment than before treatment were improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment were compared(P>0.05).LVIDd: the two groups after treatment than before treatment improved significantly(P>0.05),no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment and compared(P>0.05).7 the influence of TCM syndrome symptom score: the treatment of the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group compared with the experimental group(P<0.05).8 Effect of MLHFQ integral: the treatment of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the experimental group(P<0.05).9 the influence of WHOQOL-BREF: the treatment of the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group compared with the experimental group(1)had significant effect(P<0.05).Conclusion: heart failure with topical treatment of short-term CHF can improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and improve the patient’s exercise tolerance,improve the quality of life of patients,but also with respect to sticking 3 hours to 6 hours of continuous time sticking in the effect of chronic heart failure of acute exacerbation,the effect of heart function,6MWD is more significant;heart failure with external application the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with ventricular remodeling index improved obviously;heart failure with topical treatment of CHF,no serious adverse reaction,high safety. |
