| Objective:The goal is to examine the clinical therapeutic effects,availability,advantages and safety of Dragon stilbene vein capsule in treating premature ventricular contractions.Methods: This topic research stem from the outpatient and outpatient and inpatient departme nt of patients of TCM hospital of Shangqiu City,From October 2016 to March 2017.There ar e in all 40 patients in the topic.They were diagnosed as Premature Ventricular Contractions i n Western medicine,and identified as palpitations belong to heart-blood deficiency in Traditi onal Chinese Medicine by two traditional Chinese physicians,according to clinical research g uiding principles in treating palpitation by TCM and new drug(2002).Follow the principle of randomized order,According to the visiting sequence order of patients.The sick were Divide d into the treatment group and the control group,the number of two groups is 20 cases each.I n some respects like age,sex,foundation disease and tongue pictures and so on,Both two tea ms had no significant difference,and the two teams had well comparability.The treatment gro up were taken extra Dragon stilbene vein capsule On the basis of the control group,6 pills on ce,The frequency is three times a day.and the control group patients were treated with Mexile tine Hydrochloride Tablets(by min sheng pharmaceutical co.LTD.Hangzhou)on the basis of etiological treatment.3 pills once,The frequency is three times a day as well.course of treatm ent was 4 weeks.The indicators of the clinical symptoms,scores of the main Traditional Chin ese Medicine symptoms,number of times of premature ventricular contractions,the heart rate and sleep situation,the blood conventional test,the urine conventional test and stool conventi onal test,and Liver,kidney function,were looked into before and after treatment,so as to objectivity assess the clinical therapeutic result,superiority and safety of Dragon stilbene vei n capsule.Then analyzed the related informations statistically by SPSS 23.0,p<0.05 for the d ifference was statistically significant.Results:There were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the gene ral data and clinical observation index(p>0.05),So the two groups were comparable well.The two groups are both improved in aspects of frequency of premature beats,The mai n symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine,premature ventricular efficacy and traditi onal Chinese medicine symptoms’ curative effect(p<0.05)pretherapy and post-treatment,an d the treatment group is better than the control group in treatment effectiveness evaluation.The treatment group had no effect on heart rate pretherapy and post-treatment(p>0.05),The control group reduced heart rate pretherapy and post-treatment(p<0.05),It had an effect on heart rate.The treatment group improved sleep integral pretherapy and post-treatment(p<0.05),The control group had no significant improvement for sleep integral pretherapy and post-tre atment(p>0.05).And the both two groups had no effect on blood routine,liver and kidney function(p>0.05).Conclusion: Dragon stilbene vein capsule combined with Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tablets therapy of Premature Ventricular Contractions,compared with the simple Slow rhythm piece,shows better therapeutic effect in sides of improving the clinical manifestation,reducing th e number of premature ventricular contractions,improving sleep,not reduce the heart rate,an d the higher safety in clinical.In addition,the capsule has preponderances for instance improv ing patients’ compliance,cheap,easy to carry.Then is deserving of using and promoting the ap plication in clinical medicine. |
