| ObjectivesExplore diabetes patients quality of life level, summarized and analyzed related influencing factors, and use of health education on the basis of the theory of behavior change, reasonably adjust the pattern of life in diabetic patients,so as to improve the patient’s quality of life, from the aspect of theory and practice guidance and perfecting relevant nursing of diabetes patients.MethodsThe author in the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university the inpatient chose from January 2015 to June 2016 in the hospital for treatment of type 2 diabetes patients as research samples, through the way of random distribution,is divided into two different groups, and through the table below an investigation into two groups: first, the general situation questionnaire;Second,a concise and healthy measurement scale;Third, the general self-efficacy scale. For the control group, the author conducted routine health education; For the intervention group, the author not only conducted routine health education, but also carried out the nursing education based on behavioral transformation theory.Prior to intervention, the two groups of patients health measurement scale score, general self-efficacy scale scores for testing,in 30 days,90 days and 90 days after the intervention,to the health of two groups of patients with measuring scale score, general self-efficacy scale scores for testing.Statistical analysis of all data by SPSS 17.0 was carried out,and the test level(alpha)was 0.05,and the specific statistical methods involved: first, descriptive statistics;Second, two independent sample t-test and chi 2 test;Third, single factor variance analysis;Fourth, multiple linear regression analysis;Fifth,Pearson correlation analysis;Sixth, repeated measurement variance analysis.Results1.A total of 86 cases of diabetes patients achieved intervention study(43 cases)number two groups of patients, respectively, before the implementation of the intervention, control and intervention group patients with baseline data balance, after inspection, found that there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Throughout all the dimensions of the quality of life of diabetic patients(8),the score of emotional role was the most,reaching(68.38 plus or minus 39.80);The score of the body function was subdivided,specifically(62.11-30.69);The body character received the least score,only(48.03 + + 40.16);According to the severity, diabetes patients quality of life injury situation is in turn: overall healthy body character > > body pain > > > social function alive > > body function emotional role of mental health;Besides emotional dimension, the patient quality of life of other dimensions, quality of life, physical and mental health dimension and significant differences between conventional(down),had statistical significance(P < 0.05);Through the analysis of multiple linear regression methods,it can be seen that factors such as cultural degree can affect the quality of life of diabetic patients.3.180 days after the intervention, control group patients life quality of physical and mental health dimension scores are respectively(254.47 + /-74.08)and(272.18-70.71),compared to before the intervention, the difference does not have statistical significance(P > 0.05);The average self-efficacy score was(2.56 + 0.34).Before the intervention, the above indicators were improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.180 days after the intervention, intervention group patients quality of life of physical and mental health dimension scores are respectively(294.84 + /-13.02)and(327.38-27.45),compared to before intervention, the relevant differences have statistical significance(P > 0.05)(P < 0.05);The average self-efficacy score was(2.99 + 0.19),and before the intervention, the above indicators were improved, and the difference was statistically significant.5.After 180 days of intervention, the differences in the quality of life of two groups of diabetic patients were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of general self-efficacy was statistically significant, and the experimental group was significantly improved in FBG,2hPGB and HbAlc compared with control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Compared with Chinese norm, patients with diabetes have lower quality of life. The quality of life of diabetic patients was affected by the following factors: work nature, exposure to education,etc.2.Healthy education based on behavioral transformation theory can effectively improve blood glucose control in diabetic patients and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes. |
