Objective:Hypertension Treatment Adherence Scale(TASHP)and Self-care Profile(HBP SCP)were applied in A grade 3 and first-class hospital of Wuhan city to understand current situation of treatment adherence and self-care ability of hypertension patients.Analyze and find out the influence factors of treatment adherence scale and self-care profile of hypertension patients.Intervention procedures were applied to improve the treatment adherence and self-care ability of hypertension patients. Methods:Issuing general information questionnaires of treatment adherence scale and self-car e profile to 234 cases of patients with high blood pressure.Randomized clinical trials re search: in randomized group,78 cases were randomly selected from 234 patients and n umbered.78 patients with random numbers were put in random number table, ultimatel y the control group and intervention group of 39 cases each were determined. Both grou ps were issued treatment adherence scale and self-care profile before intervention and a fter intervention for three months.Control group was applied with conventional care m odel and intervention group was applied with intervention of control chart and check li st.Data were put to Excel table and used with double check,SPSS17.0 software were u sed for data analysis.P < 0.05 was defined as statistically significant. Results:In the study, general information questionnaires of treatment adherence scale and hypertension self-care profile were issued to hypertension patients.Actually 234 valid questionnaires were actually received and carried on comprehensive analysis.Treatment adherence for patients with high blood pressure was general, and the data were divided into 101.154 ± 10.568.Self-care behavior was not ideal, and the data were divided into 42.410 ± 4.616.Treatment adherence scale for hypertension patients was split:age(80 ~ years old were divided into 109.33 ± 4.509),gender(women were divided into 103.58 ± 7.106)and BMI(thin patients were divided into 105.00 ± 10.296),systolic blood pressure(systolic blood pressure in 160-179 mmHg were divided into 106.73 ± 5.725),high blood pressure of duration(? 30 annual average were divided into 106.50 ± 5.992),with or without family history(with no family history were divided into 103.31 ±9.195),occupational status(workers were divided into103.73±4.559),health insurance(health insurance were divided into 102.95± 9.979).treatment adherence by the single factor analysis, high blood pressure patients differed in the following aspects:tobacco habits management behavior(senior > young, women > men),daily behavior management behavior and scale score(systolic blood pressure :160-179> 180-199 > ?200 > 140-159,without a family history of > have a family history of > unclear, health insurance > the new rural medical).Logistic regression analysis showed that the way of health insurance was the main factors influencing treatment adherence for patients with high blood pressure. For the single factor analysis, hypertension patients of self-care behavior ability have differences in the following several aspects:age(senior > young),diastolic pressure(the lower > the higher),professional status(worker > professional and technical > white-collar worker > farmers),cultural degree(on college degree and above > elementary school > senior high school > junior high school > illiterate),health insurance(health care > the new rural medical).Control chart and check list were applied to develop interventions to reduce diastolic and systolic blood pressure of hypertension patients. And the results indicate statistically difference, and show improvement of self-care behavior of hypertension patients. Conclusion:In the grade 3 and first-class hospital of Wuhan city, the treatment adherence of hypertension patients was general and their self-care behavior ability was poor.Control chart and check list used in the intervention measures improve the ability of self-care behavior of patients with blood pressure, and that has a certain meaning. These procedures reduce the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of hypertension patients...
