Objective:The aim of this paper was to research the accuracy of implant placement with the use of CAD/CAM surgical guides in oral implant. The accuracy of tooth supported surgical template was calculated and compared between the maxillary and mandibular, and the factors that affect the accuracy of the CAD/CAM surgical template were analyzed. Then it can provide reference for clinicians to use this kind of domestic CAD/CAM surgical guide template.Method:There were 35 implants were placed in 20 patients. The Segma Guide APP was used to simulate implant placement before surgery, and getting the CAD/CAM surgical template with the using of 3D printing technology. The postoperative CBCT images were imported to Segma Guide APP to generate three-dimensional model, the preoperative and postoperative CBCT images were matched in the software. The deviations between the placed position and the planned position were measured. The data were analysed by SPSS22.0 software, the Shapiro-Wilk test showed that all of the data were normality. The measured values of each groups were compared with the independent t-test,A P value<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The mean deviation in the position at the top was(1.06±0.52)mm;the mean deviation in the position at the apical was(0.87±0.28)mm,the depth deviations was(0.87±0.28)mm and the angle deviations was(3.37±1.27)with the 35 implants.2.The mean deviations in the position at the top were(1.42±0.35)mm and(0.75±0.44)mm;the mean deviations in the position at the apical were(2.16±0.46)mm and(1.35±0.53)mm;the mean depth deviations were(0.92±0.20)mm and(0.83±0.33)mm and the angle deviations were(4.45±1.02)°and(2.46±0.53)°with the tooth supported surgical template used in the maxillary and mandibular,respectively(P<.05 except the depth deviation)Conclusions:The Segma Guide has high clinical guidance and can be used to guide dental implant;the deviation at the top,at the apical and at the angle with the tooth supported surgical template used in the maxillary were higher than that in the mandibular, but there is no significant difference between the mandible and the mandible in the depth deviation.
