| The synergistic interaction between the neurons in the human brain forms a complex neural network of structure and function,but the problems of human brain function and structural abnormality are becoming more and more prominent.The common Alzheimer’s disease(AD),Parkinson’s disease(PD),Huntington’s disease(HD),autism(Autism)is eroding the global health of life.It is still unclear to explore the mechanism of human brain work(especially on cognitive and thinking skills),mining related brain disease pathogenic factors imminent.Most of the current studies focus on the use of advanced imaging techniques.The pathogenic mechanism of brain diseases at the genetic level and the feedback of drug treatment can not be separated from the analysis of gene and protein networks.However,there are few achievements in genomics or proteomics,so it is necessary to apply gene and protein network functional modules to it.In order to deal with the data of brain tissue under different conditions,this paper proposes to collect and screen human brain disease microarray dataset from database GEO,SPM statistical method is used to evaluate gene expression and use STRING database to obtain specific protein And finally establish the reliability network.The primary classification of GEO data in the experiment was based on: 1)expression data at the stage of disease or health;2)expression data at different age stages;3)expression data under different gender.The program is clear to lay a reliable data support.As the recognition of functional modules is based on the study of biological network,we use Pearson correlation coefficient to construct specific gene network and shortest path algorithm to construct PPI network.Cluster analysis is a way to identify functional modules.EAGLE to analyze the data to find the key factor of disease.This approach can lead to new directions in the treatment of these diseases.In this study,the human brain-specific expression of genes and binding of transcription factors and coding proteins through interaction networks,different conditions of four brain disease-relate gene and protein network function modules to identify and compare In order to obtain better research results,we hope to use more valuable research to improve and optimize the process. |
