Objective To understand the relationship between the prevalence of urolithiasis and the eightteen common indicators of blood biochemistry in the hospitalized patients in Chenzhou,to evaluate the importance of the abnormalitiesin the course of the pathogenesis of urinary calculi.Comprehensive prevention and diagnosis of stone disease to provide a scientific and effective theoretical basis. Methods A total of 11612 hospitalized patients were enrolled in the First People’s Hospital of Chenzhou City from 1990 to 2015,and 70186 persons were enrolled in the same period. The data of patients receiving inpatients and healthy subjects were collected and the blood samples were collected. The results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software, and the data were analyzed by independent samples. The t test was used to compare the data between the two groups.Logistic stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of urolithiasis in hospitalized patients. Results 1.The detection rate of urinary stones in hospitalized patients was 44.95%.Among the hospitalized patients,3359(64.35%)were male patients,1861(35.65%)were female patients, and the ratio of male to female was 1.8: 12.The highest proportion of hospitalized urolithiasis was Ureteral stones,Ureteral stones 2426 people(46.96%),Kidney stones1632 people(31.26%),Ureteralstones with Kidney stones 775 people(14.85%),Bladder stones 3013.people(5.77%),Urethral calculi 86 people(1.65%).4.the highest prevalence of male urolithiasis age of 50 to 59 years;female urolithiasis prevalence of the highest age of 40 to 49 years old.5.The changes of CHOL,TG,BUN,CRE,UA,TBA,TP,ALB,GLB,A / G,IBIL in patients with stones were compared between the preoperative and postoperative biochemical indexes,TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST were significantly lower than those before operation. The postoperative HDL of the patients was significantly higher than that before operation.6.The levels of GLU,BUN,CRE,CHOL,LDL,UA,TG,TP,TBA,GLB,TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST were significantly higher in the patients with hospitalized urolithiasis than in the physical health group,ALB,A / G,IBIL was significantly lower than the physical examination health group.7.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the risk factors associated with the occurrence of urolithiasis. The factors were: total cholesterol CHOL(OR=2.168,95% CI: 2.037~2.309,p<0.001),Creatinine CREA(OR=1.702,95% CI: 1.696~1.709,p<0.001),Low-density lipoprotein LDL(OR=1.379,95% CI: 1.365~1.392,p<0.001),Urea nitrogen BUN(OR=1.343,95% CI: 1.314~1.372,p<0.001),gender(OR=1.247,95% CI: 1.214~1.282,p<0.001),age(OR=1.040,95% CI: 1.016~1.065,p<0.001),Uric acid UA(OR=1.203,95% CI: 1.082~1.338,p<0.001),blood sugar GLU(OR=1.150,95% CI: 1.110~1.192,p<0.001),Total bile acid TBA(OR=1.019,95% CI: 1.013 ~ 1.025,p<0.001),Aspartate transaminase AST(OR=1.015,95% CI: 1.011~1.019,p<0.001),Alanine aminotransferase ALT(OR=1.008,95% CI: 1.006~1.010,p<0.001)。Conclusions:1.The proportion of urinary urology patients(5220)in Chenzhou area was the highest in all hospitalized patients(11612),which was 44.95%,which may be related to the high incidence of urolithiasis in Chenzhou area. The proportion of men and women in uremia patients was 1.8: 1,male infertility patients 3359 people accounted for 64.35% of male patients with urological surgery, female patients with urolithiasis 1861,accounting for 35.65% of female patients with urological surgery.2.Urea,creatinine,uric acid, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, bile acid, globulin, white ball than those who may affect the incidence of urolithiasis blood biochemical indicators in patients with urolithiasis after surgery, diet intervention and drug therapy Of the decline,it may be interrupted by some can not pass B-ray or X-ray examination of the formation and development of small stones, the recurrence of the prevention of stones may have a certain role.3.There were some differences in blood biochemical indexes between the patients with urolithiasis and the healthy control group without stones. The abnormality of blood biochemical related indexes may have a certain causal relationship with the increase of urinary calculus. The clinicians found that Master these related knowledge, through the relevant knowledge of patients ahead of the health and popular in order to reduce the formation of urinary stones, effective control, prevention and reduce the occurrence of urinary stones.
