| Globally,the ageing problem has become a very serious social problem in the late20 th century.With the coming of aging society,the demand of medical treatment and public health has been increasing constantly.China’s rapid growth has accelerated the aging problem;what’s more,the implementation of birth control in the past four decades has deepened the "white tide".The rapid development of our country has hastened the aging of the population,and more than 40 years of family planning have added to the situation.The problem with this is that the medical and health service the "white tide" requires does not match the current health resources.That is to say,the current health resources cannot meet the health service needs under the "white tide".Upon the arrival of Wave of White Hair,a series of measures have been applied by Longquanyi Community in Chengdu so as to serve the elders in a better manner.In terms of providing public health services for the elders,family doctor service team has been established in this community.Feasible agreements of home-based care for the elders have been signed.The online platform for the public health service for the elders has been launched.Voluntary service for the aged.The services which combines health care and home-based care for the elders have been provided.All of these measures aim at gradually promoting the public health service for the elders in Longquanyi Community.Some accomplishments have been made.Through study on the implementation of public health services construction for old people in Longquanyi District,this paper analyzes its background,significance,measures and experience,and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the existing problems. |
