Today,construction of hospital information focusing on hospital information system(HIS),while the clinical information system whose center is electronic medical recordsisbecomingits core content.Paper medical records are still used in some hospitals of small-medium cities at present,this makes the physician only rounds all the data of patients recorded in the medical records in the diagnosis,but can not be record to the computer system intime.Due to the development of computer and network technology,office automation also will be enhanced greatly.For hospitals,the improvement of office automation saves a lot of unnecessary links in the medical treatment for patients,making the office methods of doctors are no longer confined to the hospital workstation,so improving the flexibility of medical treatment.Android is an opensource operating system,with Linux as the core.In recent years,with the improvement of the dissemination degree for the intelligent machine,the popurlarity of Android system is increasing,its market share enjoys a burst of popularity.It is aslo for this reason,thisdissertationdesignsa plan,that an electronic medical record could be displayedon Android mobile terminal,and also can be queried,created and modified for it.The system in the scheme mainly includes two parts:client and server,using the Java language to program,and need to be constructed in the development environment to compile.First of all,in order to achieve the purpose of establishing the general frame of the software,thisdissertation has carried on the analysis to the system requirements,and determined the use of B/S structure in final,according to the demand of the entire system,it is divided into different functional modules,including login module,registration module,query medical recordsmodule,new-built medical records module,modify medical recordsmodule,and the system interface is designed to be completed in accordancewith demand.At the same time,analyzing the features of each functional module,and the main technologies involved are summarized,the main technology of each design and realization procedure are introduced latter.After analyzing the characteristics Tomcat server,using it to build a server;using JSP technology for dynamic web interface design,and the use of JDBC technology connects MySQL database,to achieve data transmission.In addition,based on the previous three chapters,the design and implementation ofthe framework for software interface,and according to the realization of each module function,the software interface is divided into a plurality of sub interfaces,including login,register,new-built medical records,query medical records,modifymedical records functional module interfaces and so on,and introducing the process of design and implementation of severalfunctionalmodule interfaces in detail,in support of 3G/4G or Wi-Fi wireless networks,the HTTP protocol to the medical records sent to the server with the POST method.The software for electronic medical records system of Android platformis realized at last.After verification,electronic medical records system based on Android platform is designed and developed in this paper can achieve the desired results.Android mobile terminal combines portability and interact via touch screen features,making the process of browsing,transmission and treatment of electronic medical records more convenient,expanding the scope of application of mobile medical effectively,highlighting very high practical value. |
