The Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of The Method Of Qingre Pinggan Xifeng Used For Postoperative HICH Trepanation And Drainage In Acute Stage

Objective:Through the method of Qingre Pinggan Xifeng and westerntreatment,apply TCM treatment to postoperative HICH and observe the clinical efficacy of TCM used for postoperative HICH trepanation and drainage.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 cases of HICH patients with dialectical Hyperactivity of liver-YANG and Fenghuo Shangrao Syndrome were randomized into TCM and western medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group,those two groups underwent HICH trepanation and drainage at early stage.After surgery they adopt conventional therapy of modern medicine.At the 3th day after surgery,western medicine treatment group start to take oral TCM or nasogastric gavage.Obeserve the difference between two group patients at preoperative and postoperative period in the degree of neurological deficit score and TCM syndrome score,then conduct clinical efficacy evaluation.Apply the analysis of statistical methods for the data obtained and utilise SPSS19.0 version of Statistical software to process all the data.Through clinical observation,evaluate the clinical efficacy of applying the soup of Qingre Pinggan Xifeng.Promote TCM treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in the perioperative period and devote TCM to the emergency treatment.Result:1.Comparison with the difference of general information between two group patients in the aspects of sex and age:By adopting the statistical methods of chi-square test,t test,sequence test,etc,conduct analytic comparison of general information（sex/age）of two group patients.The result of statistical software analysis shows that in the above aspects there are comparability within two group patients and no significant difference between them（P>0.05）.2.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after surgery in the degree of Neurological Deficit Score and Glasgow Coma Scale（P<0.05）.3.Compared with western medicine treatment group,the reduction of neurological deficit scores of TCM and Western medicine group at 14^th and 28^th day after operation showed significant differences（P<0.05）.4.Compare TCM and western medicine treatment group with western medicine treatment group in the aspect of improvement of TCM syndrome score,at14^th and 28^th day after operation,which indicated distinctive differences.Conclusion:1.Western medicine treatment combined with Qingre pinggan xifeng therapy for patients with acute stage after HICH trepanation and drainage can improve the clinical efficacy.2.Reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection after HICH surgery,alleviate brain edema and promote the recovery of brain function.3.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in perioperative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
